I am very disappointed of your after service and product. I bought a couch on the Sunday 04 May 2025 around 1:08 pm.After unboxing the couch, I starting to install all the parts and then noticed a few things:1-The right-side corner couch cushion is missing.2-On one side of 1 couch there was 2 missing hooks to connect the 2 pieces couches together.3-Some screws were quite difficult to mount as there were missing holesSome holes were covered by the fabric.I went back to the store the next day withing 24 hours on Monday 05 May 2025 around 12 pm to explain my disappointment.They tried to see if they could find the cushion but couldn't .Then they asked me to go online to sort this out.I told them what kind of service is this ?I paid my money for new a couch, and you should be to one sorting the issue out not me. They refuse to order the missing part and instead insisted that I need to make an online claim and that I would have to wait for what could be 15 days or more before I get what I had paid for.What kind of service is this???For the 2 missing hooks, they handed me the missing hook and screws to install at my own risk. No apologies or further assistance to help sorted out the issue.Great help to purchase the couch that me and my wife liked. Thank you, Shaquille.However, Seats & Sofas Heerlen didn’t seem to care much about the fact that what I paid for, is not what I got. If this is not solved, I know where I am not buying my next couch. I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my recent order, which I waited nearly 10 weeks to receive (it is in the expected time that's true but nonetheless). Upon delivery, I discovered that the adjustable middle section of the sofa—one of the wooden parts—arrived significantly damaged. I'm not entirely sure how it's possible for the item to be shipped in such a condition.I do love the couch itself don't get me wrong and was initially very happy with it, but seeing that this brand new sofa is already damaged is, as you can imagine, completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was a protruding metal nail sticking out of the side of the couch, which even left a small hole.After such a long wait, receiving a sofa in this condition is incredibly disappointing. I was genuinely excited to receive it and very happy with the colour and softness, but unfortunately, this level of quality control is simply not acceptable.Overall, if the product was delivered in the normal condition I would have been quite happy with it, even though the wait was long, and the delivery was not included in the price - something that was clear only after making the purchase. I tried to contact the store by email so we can reach an agreement with them, but still have not received any response.
Fraudulent, Unprofessional, and Dishonest – Stay Away!I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating and dishonest that I have to warn others.I ordered seats and a sofa, and after agreeing on a price, I paid 50% upfront. Only after taking my payment did they inform me that the order would take six weeks to arrive — something they never mentioned before the payment. When I asked to cancel, they refused and said it would cost me 30% of the order as a cancellation fee — again, something that was never disclosed beforehand.The situation only got worse. Delivery times kept changing again and again with no proper updates. After weeks of waiting, when they finally came for delivery, not only was the delivery late, but they also tried to change the price, asking for more money than what we originally agreed upon. When I refused to pay the new, higher price, they took the sofa back with them!Now, unbelievably, they are still demanding money from me even though I never received my sofa.This experience was nothing short of a scam. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful toward customers. Save yourself the time, money, and stress — stay far away from this company.
The young salesman Rai, who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. He provided me with all the necessary information I required in order to make a good decision. He later involved the store manager Ricardo, who really went out of his way to get me a decent price on the sofa I wanted. Overall I'm impressed with the service I got. The only unfortunate thing is the rather long waiting time for the sofa to be made.
It was horrible experience as soon as we made our full payment...They lie to your face, they scam you with misleading information upon where you make your signature and they don't even bother to make the proper customer service to accredited themselves as the place to go.We got the sofia sofa directly for it's purpose of it being a sofa bed function. Once we received the sofa and unpackaged it there was immediate signs of damage. But the most important part was that there wasn't a sofa bed function to it! It looked like the sofa that we ordered but it was not the correct sofa.Once i went to the store to confront this 'misguidance' (I generally thought it was a miscommunication at the order) they straight up showed me a picture of a L-shape drawing and because it didn't say 'bed function' it was created without one. How bloody misleading and thievery upon them to not even confirm to my face upon making the original order when time and time again as we made the purchase we asked this function in particular! Why?We wished to return the sofa but at first you're manager said we only take returns from online order. You can't order online.Then he said can't return because of the damage.So we can return the sofa? But only when it's okay for you?Mockery to my face. Following more review's i see how more people have had worse treatment then myself.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with my recent seats and sofa order has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. What was supposed to be a simple, exciting purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare.First, the communication has been terrible. I was given vague updates (if any) and constantly had to chase for information. Every time I thought we were moving forward, there was another delay, excuse, or mistake. No one seemed to take real ownership of the issue, and I felt completely dismissed as a customer.Second, the quality and accuracy of the order were a complete letdown. After waiting far longer than promised, what finally arrived was wrong and not what I had paid for. To add insult to injury, getting someone to actually address the problem and offer a real solution has been next to impossible.I trusted this company with a major purchase for my home, and they’ve made it a stressful, upsetting experience from start to finish. It's clear that customer care and attention to detail are not their priorities.I would strongly urge anyone considering ordering from here to think twice. I would never have gone through with this order if I had known how poorly everything would be handled. I expected better — and frankly, I deserved better.
