Im so glad I found this brand,Ever since I started wearing Self-Portrait, I've been literally stopped in the street, stopped in restaurants, and stopped at airports, by women desperate to know where my outfits are from.They really are exceptional.I've previously decked myself out in Rixo, Roberto Cavalli, Max Mara and Joseph Ribkoff. They still have their place, but Self-Portrait is fun and fabulous!
I wanted to purchase a dress internationally and wasn’t able to get the Welcome discount code to work. The customer service staff (Jacqueline in particularly), answered my email query instantly, following up with several options to try. And when they didn’t work, she the activated the discount once I’d purchased and received the dress (which only took a few days to be delivered from the UK to Australia). The whole shopping experience was so positive and easy!
I purchased several dresses from Self Portrait for my wedding, keeping the ONE! It was super easy to return the dresses that didn't work, and I could not be happier with how I looked on my wedding day. I wanted to leave a review of the dress itself, but it doesn't appear that the site allows individual items to be reviewed. Ah well. I highly recommend for anyone in the market for a special occasion outfit or an alternative to an over-priced wedding gown. I got far more compliments on my dress than I could have even imagined.
