Review Time
I went through an extremely stressful and difficult time in my life and making my return was not top of my to-do list. I realised a couple of days late that the 14-day window had passed. I emailed and called, and was told by very rude and uninterested customer service staff there was nothing to be done, leaving me with a very expensive order that I have no use for. Will not be buying from them again.
I have ordered 2 dresses that were not true to size (I own already some self portrait dresses all were at the same size) so I've requested a return. They don't have a return label so the returns are made with the customer's cost, which in my case was 68 euro for 2 dresses with value of 240,00 euro. They have received my return via DHL the 2nd of June and I have only took 210,00 euro back after hundred's of emails and proof that they have indeed received my package. So in the end, my cost for the return was almost 100 euro! I will never order again!
Why you keep sending me an email that... "Your new look is waiting"? When those products are already sold out???Their filter are never working properly. Even you put your size but they will show the sold out one for you anyway...Why don't you update your website if there's out of stock?????????????????Why waste my time and your customer service time with what they can't event fit it????????????????????????????????
Very bad customer service. They cut my order in half, sent the first part to my address, and when I contacted them for the second part, they said that I put the wrong address on the order. When I asked them how it was possible to put two addresses on one order, they said that I put the wrong delivery country. So, the items I ordered were some of the last pieces and they obviously sold out, and they lied that I wrote the wrong delivery address. Very bad communication, they don't respect customers at all, they didn't offer to re-deliver, but offered to refund the money in 15 days, which actually tells me that they sold out of everything and didn't have it in stock. Very, very bad customer support, I will never buy from them again!
I ordered it came quickly great! I returned it’s taken two weeks to start processing my return and now another 5 to 10 working days to get my money back. My first order I won’t be doing ordering again. This is blatant use of customer money to fund cashflow. Please don’t tell me you are so busy and popular that’s why it take so long just do the right thing. I emailed customer service and no reply. So goodbye
Excellent customer service, one I haven't experienced for such a very long time. I had requested the cancellation of my order before the shippment was done and the team was super reactive but also I didn't have the feeling I was talking to a machine. Self Portrait really took the time - of a human - to asnwer my request.
