Worst delivery and customer service. Last year I ordered 3 dresses and for 2 of them they cancelled my order after making the payment as the products were no longer in stock and kept my money blocked for many days. Also, for Romania they do not have the express shipping option and UPS is horrible for normal deliveries, I ordered a dress some days ago and waited more than 2 weeks for a package to arrive, when the estimate delivery date was 2-5 working days. I do strongly recommend to look for their products on other websites which work better and have better partnerships with delivery companies, as the dresses are really nice. It s a pity that ordering from them directly is this bad.
I never usually post reviews but have made an exception for Self Portrait. Received next day delivery, even though ordered at 5.20 the previous day. Had issues with sizing so actually spoke to Karen who checked stock elsewhere. Karen also followed up with an email. Exemplary service in a world where basic customer service is in decline. Well done all. A very happy customer who has her perfect wedding outfit.
I ordered a lovely top which unfortunately was too small. I wanted to exchange it and needed it for a certain day. Daria was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The new top was sent out before they received the other one back and Self-Portrait honoured the 10% discount I had as a new customer. I got my new top and it fitted perfectly! I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Self portrait is a very good brand for clothes. All their clothes look great and are very good quality. Also, customer service is excellent. I had issues with buttons with one of the dresses I bought from previous season. Daria from customer service sourced the button back to the manufacture and sent me some buttons. I am so so so impressed and happy with their prompt and professionalism. Highly recommend
