Review Time
I filled up with V Power recently and as soon as I did the engine struggled to start. This carried on for four days. It would eventually start and I managed to run enough fuel through to top up with another brand. As soon as I topped up the problem disappeared and I never had the issue before.I contacted Shell about the issue and they couldn't have been less interested. Very arrogantly they told me they don't test the fuel they sell to the public. Says it all.
Just the worst, I have been collecting Shell Rewards for ages (have around £400 worth) and now I have found out they can't actually be used on fuel and just rubbish from inside the store? Is this true? Your counter staff need retraining if not as I just went in thinking I was going to get a free tank of fuel
She’ll go + rewards, over £3300 worth of diesel purchased over 10 fills to get £1 reward back ffs, how tight can shell be, that’s not a reward it’s a slap in the face, I shall be going back to using the bp card, won’t be using shell again, lucky really as I won’t have to face the stench of there disgusting food they sell, honestly every shell station I have visited smells rancid.
