Diem the customer support employee helped me out a lot. He was so sweet and solved a lot of long withstanding problems I had from delivery issues. He was working on his birthday as well and still gave me adequate attention and time.
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had attempting to return an item. I ordered headphones for my son for Christmas and received a wrong item of lesser quality from Skullcandy. I have called three times in the past two days waiting for over an hour two of those times to speak to someone. I was given the complete run around and was flat out lied to. I have yet to receive the return shipping label that they said they emailed me yesterday .. i called again today to ask them for the return shipping label and was told that I hadn't received it yet because I never sent a photo of the wrong product I received even though I was never told to do so yesterday. I honesty am starting to believe they purposely sent the wrong item because they thought they would get away with it. I truly feel like this company is a total scam… i would not recommended ordering from them ever. They have $160 of my money and have done zero to resolve their error.. they be should totally ashamed and embarrassed. Dealing with their customer service is a total nightmare.. do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them!Update: It is now 3 full days since I first contacted Skullcandy customer service. I have yet to receive a return label or communication from them on how to remedy their error!!!! I bought a product, received the wrong product, and Skullcandy refuses to remedy it! This is so baffling from such a large company!!
I ordered to the wrong address and submitted a ticket almost immediately after, but despite that the availability of support to fix the issue was next to none. I recommend ordering Skullcandy products through other means that have better protections to your deliveries
I took advantage of the Black Friday deal online and got an additional discount from Skullcandy via email after putting the Crusher ANC 2’s in my cart. I have to admit, I was a little concerned when 5 days had passed and I still had not received a tracking number. Customer service responded to me right away reassuring me that my order was being processed. True enough, it was and I received tracking soon after. The product arrived within 48 hours after receiving tracking. I obviously ordered the Crusher ANC 2’s and I am extremely satisfied with them. If you are on the fence about purchasing these….do yourself a favor and go ahead and get them. You will not be sorry.
