Review Time
Dreadful company. NO way to get in touch with anybody regarding problems, seems they couldnt care less about their customers. A generic response from them will surely follow this review of "Please contact us at contact.skullcandy.com blah blah blah", but thats precicely the place where they completely ignore you. Shouldnt have bought from them, and i wont be ordering in the future; better brands out there that actually have a basic level of respect for their customer base.
My experience was positive thanks to the helpful and professional support provided by Rhyan. Even though my specific case (product purchased in China) required me to contact a local distributor, Rhyan was very clear in explaining the warranty options and limitations. I felt my concerns were heard and understood. This level of customer service is commendable.

I am a happy Crusher Evo owner. I kept in touch with Skullcandy Customer Support to understand if my beloved Crusher Evo Headphones were compatible with a specific DAC, and in short time I received the ok. What more to say ? Great Stuff and Great People out there !! As we say in Italy: BRAVI !!!
UPDATE: I am changing my review of Skullcandy. Skullcandy not only shipped out new headphones, but didn't charge me for the replacement pair once they received my return. My Granddaughter was not able to use these on her trip, but at least I will have her Christmas present. Even though it was work on my side to repackage and take to UPS and pay to print, as I do not have a printer, Skullcandy made up for this inconvenience by not charging me for the second pair. The second pair has arrived, it was still in a bubble package, which alarmed me, but the box was not crushed this time. Thank you Skullcandy. Ordered EVO CRUSHER headphones from Skullcandy. The headphones were for my granddaughter so that she could have headphones on the airplane. It was to be an early Christmas present. The headphones are packaged in a "cereal box" type packaging from Skullcandy. They sent them in a bubble envelope. The headphones were crushed. I had to send back and now my granddaughter will not get her headphones. Still no refund, but have tracking on the return slip they emailed to me. You would think that this company would care about the packaging of their products and their customers. Very disappointed. Their mistake became my work.
