*Great Experience in Specsavers Drogheda!!!* This was my first time in Specsavers and I’m so happy. The store was so clean, so organised, everybody was so nice and friendly, but Michelle help me a lot, she give me a wonderful advice about the best option for me, and she was with me in all my process. Definitely she make that experience more enjoyable. Wonderful job, Thank you!!!!
Never haven’t meet a such rude staff in my life. ( Henry street. Dublin)2024/11/07. I came to order the glasses. I was choosing the frame. No one from the staff didn’t even offer the help.Two staff members were doing something near the shelves with a frames, ignoring the fact that I couldn’t come up and look.When I approached the staff at the checkout, she was very unhappy and unfriendly.She told me to sit and wait.I waited, no one came.I decided to leave and asked to give my report from the doctor. The staff at the checkout was very rude. She didn’t even ask me what was the matter and rudely gave me the doctor’s report. I’m very unhappy with a service.That same day I ordered glasses in another place, where they offered me help and helped a lot.
I won't walk into that door I'm Specsavers Tuam. I waited over an hour along with other people that waited longer than me and i just had to leave. They obviously overbooked people and I couldn't sit any longer with my back so if you don't have any plans the day you go to Specsavers you'll be there for the day!
I went in to specsavers for consultation on lens, got the consultation. Everything was fine however the major issue is with the delivery. It has been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back from them yet. I mean I could have bought them online myself. Very poor service
I have been dealing with Specsavers for a couple of years having been fitted with hearing aids. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. In particular Vanda has been most helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. I have recommended Specsavers to several people who have also benefited from their new relationship with this company. Went into specsavers today as the arm of my glasses (screw) came loose and I mislaid the screw. Went into GPO arcade S.S. No after-sales service 😡😡. So disappointed! I was told by a girl (upstairs in GPO arcade) that they didn’t have a screw to fit my glasses ????? (A major optician’s in Europe didn’t have a screw to fit my glasses)????? She said that I could buy a new pair of glasses!! Never again will I use specsavers! Vision express thank you for your care and help!!!
I moved from an independent optician to Specsavers but have found the service so shockingly bad I will not be staying with them. After 2 months I still have not received my glasses. It is also extremely difficult to contact them. I have been held on the phone for over 12 minutes waiting my turn (the two people ahead of me must have had A LOT to say!) and when it gets to my turn an automated voice says my phone number has been noted and they cut you off. Of course they don't call back. There is no other way of contacting them,that I can see, other than calling in-person. Never again.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They forgot to order lens for my mother’s glasses…… waited over 2.5 weeks and they tried to blame my 82 yr old mother for not paying. No apology just excuses. Horrible manner with older customers. Specsavers Dundrum awful experience
I am 5 months waiting for my glasses from Specksavers in Limerick and I can only get through to a call center and the assistant was very unhelpful and when I sounded annoyed she got more unhelpful and spoke over me, she would not get manager and hung up. When we again phoned Limerick 061312822 I was kept waiting for 8 minutes only for a machine to tell me my call would be noted. This is not a 1 starre view, this is a -5 star
