Well I was actually interested in a car they had for sale at the Wolverhamption branch. Four weeks later I noticed that they had increased the price by £2,000, no doubt to make it appear to be reduced come January.

Treatment of a disabled pensioner. Toyota Steven Eagle

Oh my god, please please avoid this awful dealership in Northampton. Let me explain why I am telling you this.My mother who is disabled, 79 years old and recently lost my Dad last month. To cheer her self up she wanted to buy a new car as her old one is faulty. As dad used to buy cars from Steven Eagle Toyota, she thought maybe they will buy back the car they sold him 18 months ago that has done only a few hundred miles back, and also use that towards her new car.My mum called them, and told them the story above, they then tried to sell her an old style Yaris that was 6 years old nearly and nearly 40k miles on the clock. For neatly 15k including 7k for dads car, (he paid 18k only 18 months before) telling her this was a great value deal and that a customer that day had pulled out of the deal. My mum being all proud of herself that she was getting a deal said yes.I found out about this and looked online at other garages selling the same car for between 8 and 12k.I then took my mum over to the garage, where they tried to tell me it was a good deal. Yet in the same forecourt, they were selling 4 year newer models with only 5k on the clock and same engine size for 17k.Against my better judgement my mum purchased the newer car.Now the problems really have started.3 days after delivery, the car shows dead when she tries to start it, she contacts toyota who are based some 27 miles from where we live, and to their credit they collect the car, test it for a couple of days, then deliver it back. A few days go by and my mum drives the car a few miles to a store, then a few more to another store, the comes out and the same error and its totally dead. My mum is now in tears and has no confidence in this car. Toyota which is far away, are refusing to provide a refund to her.The while experience from the unprofessional manager Darren who really tries to force you into buying is shocking. I am currently writing to Agustin Martin as I am sure he might be interested in hearing about this and also how badly this dealership is scored on trust pilot.Stay clear, you have been warned ⚠️

Already reported to Lexus and loads…

Already reported to Lexus and loads calls and emails to Lexus Wolverhampton about £250 refund they owe me no reply no calls been with lexus and Wolverhampton for over 20 years never again to long to explain again fed up of it if trust pilot gave 0 stars they would get it for customer service afraid Wolverhampton lexus have none keeping people money it's just like theft would I get away with owning them money I doubt it

Terrible experience. Glad I went to ford after. No prices give and expected to sign up for a vehicle. Manger came out and basically said if you’re not buying today bugger off.

I have collected a brand new car from…

I have collected a brand new car from this awful Toyota dealership at Rayleigh Weir. My salesperson Hana was off sick and I ended up dealing with someone totally different who didn’t have a clue what he was doing. My spare key was locked in the salesman draw ( this is a brand new car ) My protection pack that I have paid for I still do not have. No one has bothered calling me, the car was dirty and had a scratch on collection. The manager came to see me and was smug and was of no help, I do not expect this from a main dealer, this is the last time I buy a car from here. Avoid this dealership at all cost, I have just received my Gap paperwork four weeks after my collection. Not sure the FCA would be happy with this.

Great experience at Steven Eagell Toyota Tamworth

Jack Weaver at Steven Eagell Toyota Tamworth was really helpful with my test drive. He explained the different engines and spec levels so that I could make a choice of which car would suit me best. He was really helpful in looking at my budget and helping me to find a suitable car that would fit my budget and meet my requirements. Really pleased with the service I received.
