Review Time
I bought a Toyota Yaris on 22 Oct, 2023 and the car was handed over to me on 30 Oct, 2023. During the buying process, the sales staff did not have enough training and a lot of things such as MOT check, additional key, handover time and handover stuff are uncertain. They are going to handover the car with recall item to me. Luckily, his manager was settled when I got the car but I waited in the branch around 3 hours. Since the manager is helpful, I even gave a 5-star comment in the google review at the branch on that day. And they promise I can get an additional key in the coming few days because the key was kept in another branch after they checked with their colleagues. Around 1 week later, I still did not receive the key and they replied the key was not yet received. After few days, they replied that the key was lost suddenly. I feel I was deceived. They said they need to order a new one, it may need to wait around 2 weeks. It is very inconvenient to me because my wife cannot use it. However, I still cannot get the key after 2 weeks. Then I asked them several times, but they cannot confirm which date I can get it. At last, they informed me that the key was ready on 19 Dec, 2023. I did not expect there is no additional key for nearly 2 months. Actually, if I know there is no additional key when I buy, I will not buy it. In addition, I had a very poor experience during my Christmas trip. When I bought the car, the Visual Safety Report (VSR) showed some advisory items regarding both the offside and nearside front tyres. Even the MOT check showed both tyres had a cut as well. But the sales staff replied that it was an advisory item and they did not need to replace it. Since I was buying an approved car, I really believed their professional comment. Unfortunately, the near side front tyre was broken on the motorway during my first trip on 23 Dec, 2023. My family waited for rescue on the motorway in cold weather. After RAC arrived and checked, they replaced the broken tyre with a spare tyre. And they recommended we replace the tyres at the nearby repair shop. Then we wasted several hours and went to a nearby repair shop to replace these two front tyres. After the trip, I emailed to feedback@steveneagell to report the case with the photos of accident and the invoice of the replacement on 31 Dec 2023 to claim the loss but there is no any feedback till now. I am very disappointed in this company. I really do not expect to buy an approved car from an authorized dealer but have this terrible experience. This company has sold an unsafe car to me. Can anyone help?

I went to service my car today in peterborough branch . I received a bad service .my car is not cleaned or vacuumed .They just sprayed little water outside the carb. Not a quality service. I asked about this to the service person, he told to drop my car next week for cleaning and vacuum and no time for today and ran out from the place . Not at all asking for any assistance. I had a very good service from kinglynn branch when I brought my car .But peterborough branch disappointed me . I feel worthless of spending money in this service , no commitment ,or customer dealings because the person doesn't know the job responsibilities or dealing with customers. I will not service my car again in peterborough branch because I love my car and needs to service by some responsible employee
Kyla Smith sold me my Yaris. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales executive, she was patient kind and understanding. Tamworth Branch. It has been a farce since day one. Ordered a new Aygo X deposit was taken and order was lost because salesperson left the company causing 6 week delay. When car arrived it hadn't had the winter pack fitted which I was told that I would be informed when it arrived, 3 weeks later after hearing nothing I went to the dealership to ask about it, was told it arrived with the car and should have been fitted before collection. Whilst driving in wet weather I could hear a noise under the car, the splashguard had dropped down, breakdown was called and was told that the clips had come undone and although reattached the guard was damaged. Toyota Tamworth said that it wasn't covered by warranty and must pay £316 for a replacement. Disgusting service. Jake Young.
Avoid this company, We enquired about a hiluxpickup the follow up to which was appalling.There business model is absolutely rubbish.They asked me how much I wanted for my p/x they never returned a valuation,or had the decency to contact me to say we couldn’t do a deal even though I requested a reply.
Before Christmas my daughter bought a Toyota yaris from Steven Eagle in Tamworth which they had to bring in from another garage. When it arrived we went to look it over. We explained that as it was raining we could not say yes or no about the condition of the vehicle. As everyone knows you do not view a car in the dark or in the rain as it could hide a multiple of sins.The only things we could point out was a couple of marks on the outside of the vehicle and it needed a valet. We were informed that they had only just received the vehicle and it not yet been in the workshop. We agreed a date for the jobs to be completed which was the 28th of December 2023. When we arrived it had only just gone into the workshop to be valeted. When it was driven around to the front to our amazement they had put on wrong number plates . The marks which was pointed out were still there and we noticed a dent above the rear wheel arch. Obviously all they were interested in is getting the car sold and off the premises. Whoever the workshop manager is again did not look it over before it was handed over to the daughter. I will say that the sales guy, Jack was extremely helpful. Polite, and very professional. In fact he's a Credit to this company. They agreed to have the vehicle back into the workshop to put ot right, and she was given a courtesy car until it was ready to collect.
when I took the car, everything went easy and smoothly, now when I have problems with the car and I asked what rights I have as a consumer, my phone was shut down. I have been trying to contact someone at Toyota for a week now, apparently no one has an answer. Customer service is awful. I gave one star to be considered zero.
