Personal belongings being stolen during services

I am appalled at the lack of care I received as a Toyota customer at Steven Eagel Toyota in St Albans. During a service appointment on September 23, 2022, an employee took my personal belongings in my car without permission. Despite numerous attempts to get help, Toyota's management completely ignored the situation.Only after I spent days investigating on my own, using a tracking device to identify the employee's home address and workplace, I finally recovered my stolen item from the employee’s pocket in Steven Eagel Toyota in St Albans. I wrote complaint emails and letters to the manager but received no formal reply.Their indifference and unwillingness to take responsibility is unbelievable. As a loyal, over 20-year customer of Toyota, I expected much better from a company that claims to care about its patrons. However, after this experience, I lost all trust in this dealership.I gave them every chance to make things right and explain, but they didn't care. I wanted to resolve this privately, but Eagel Toyota left me no choice but to share this terrible customer experience publicly. Let's hold irresponsible companies accountable! Maybe they are too busy selling cars and forget about trustworthiness after the sale.This was my third bad experience at this dealership, including unfixed car issues as promised before the in 2021(my first car) and incorrect paperwork with the wrong license no. leading me to purchase invalid new car insurance (my relative's car) in 2022. This is the 3rd time and unforgivable.

Appalling service from Colchester…

Appalling service from Colchester branch. Paid a lot of money for a car outright now paint peeling off of it although I paid extra for the paint guard! Wrong spare key given to me, still waiting 2 months down the line for another! Charged £240.00 for a service that I was told by the salesperson would be covered by my service plan! All in all a poor, shoddy service.

Great Folks in the Maintenance Dept at Steven Eagle Toyota Cambridge

Hats off to Matt in maintenance department. Every time I walk in Steven Eagle Toyota at Cambridge its like seeing a good friend. Matt goes up and beyond service to make sure your taken care of and not only know that. He knows you on a personal level that makes the trip worthwhile beyond just costumer service. I have had several other great folks in the shop there when I drive in to get my SUV 4 Runner service. But Matt is good people in my book and great knowing the great folks in the Maintenance crew here at Toyota Cambridge.

Never wanted to use Inchcape as a parts…

Never wanted to use Inchcape as a parts supplier with so many issues, company changed hands to steven eagell and I was sceptical as to weather it would improve and at the start it didn’t, but since the new manager Adam has taken over I haven’t had any issues, the team go above and beyond to help. There is no other supplier I want to deal with, they even help with more than just Toyotas! And personally contact me to make sure everything is in hand and up to date! I can’t express enough how good the service is with the parts team and highly recommend them to anyone!

Our experience at Steven Eagell Toyota Bedford …

I was invited by Jeff for a car promotion event at Steven Eagell Toyota Bedford. Little did I know that it would lead me to purchasing a vehicle. Jeff, who invited me was not able to attend to us because he was dealing with a customer at the time my family and I arrived. Jeff was very welcoming,he introduced us to Minhaj Ali a fellow sales executive. Minhaj, explained the deals available while he showed us around. We were very impressed with the customer service, deposit flexible payment plan and the support we were given to close the deal. Minhaj, kept us updated from inception to point of collection. I commend Steven Eagell Toyota Bedford staff for their professional service and friendly staff. Steven Eagell Toyota Bedford made the environment conducive for us.

Steven Eagell Toyota are good at lying…

Steven Eagell Toyota are good at lying when you buy a car from them, you put a deposit down and you try getting back from them. I got a brand new car it was not washed when I got it. When you call the person who sold you the car they are not there, on the phone or out side. They said after sale`s are good but it is S--T. I called them at 11.15 I was told they will call back its now 18.00 and still no call.

Don't fall to their scam

Really disappointed and they broke the trust. I reserved a car for 13.7k and paid advance online. Today morning sales person called me and said the car was sold and suggested a car for 16k but i refused. Later 30 mins I found the car I booked again in their site but with the price tag of 14.5I am bit shame that I chose these guys for my first car. Very bad experience. Shame of you guys. Everyone Be aware of such scams.

Further to my previous reviews:Lo and behold the Protection Pack was finally fitted and a refund issued for the missing mudflaps.But for me the whole experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory to the extent that I’ve lost a lot of money but I have sold the car and gone for a different marque. I should have known when I turned up in May to collect this car the welcome message in the window of the vehicle had my name spelt wrongly- kind of sums up the entire experience!And yes I have sent my feedback to Steven Eagell - AGAIN!UpdateTwo years on and despite providing feedback to Toyota, I never heard another thing . So I got rid of the car and now happily drive a Renault and receive superb service from the dealer.

Car purchase from Steven Eagall Toyota Tamworth. Highly recommended. Lovely lady, Eden, was extremely helpful, professional and very personable throughout all my appointments. Driven Toyota cars for many years. Safe and reliable. Never felt pressurised. I'm delighted with my vehicle choice and Toyota upgrade.
