I have just bought a new RAV4 from kidlington and our experience with Douglas was beyond excellent. He was patient, understanding and reassuring to two old folk! The car is brilliant and we shall be keeping it for three years or more . I would recommend Oxford Toyota but especially the salesman Douglas.

Brought a new Toyota Yaris Cross from Steven Eagle Ipswich.Fillip was the sales rep who dealt with my purchase. It was the best customer service you could hope for. Fillip was friendly and polite. Did everything he could to help. His knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. The whole process was smooth and straight forward.
Taken over my local Toyota Dealer; in fact all local Toyota Dealers. Bombard me with marketing Junk, but virtually impossible to get through on the phone.What happened to choice and good old fashioned customer service. I suppose that I’ll have to consider my next car not being a Toyota.
Since the takeover of my local Toyota dealer in Kent from Marshall’s (with whom I was satisfied with), I have had a marked increase in the sales pitch via email, post and text messages. I’m pretty sure I only allowed contact via email when I was with Marshall’s and filled out the GDPR form for contact. So why am I being bombarded to buy a new car when my car is only just over a year old, this can’t be good for the environment replacing a car after a year! After reading these reviews and some more in Toyota forums it appears than Steven Eagell are not at the forefront with customer service, but it’s all about the money. So, it seems my Toyota Yaris will be the last Toyota I will own after 3 years is up, shame as I quite like the car, but Steven Eagell are not off to a great start with me…
I’ve just bought the new Toyota Aygo from Steven Eagle Toyota in Erdington, the service I received was first class. A big shout out to Aamer Feraan for a fantastic experience and who was able to sort out exactly what I needed by asking the right questions. Needless to say I would definitely recommend a visit to them should you want a Toyota.
After booking my CHR in at Cambridge 6 weeks in advance on the day my MOT runs out, i thought it would be wise to check my booking is still okay the day before. So i check on messenger and they say yes all booked in you should get a call also to confirm. Happy days....or so i thought. i then get a call an hour later saying that they cant do my MOT because there is refurbishment work ongoing at the garage. So i try all the garages locally to myself and everyone is fully booked which is what youd expect with 1 day notice, so im stuck. i then call Toyota back and ask if they can give me a courtesy car and i leave mine there until it gets MOT carried out as it was their error......to which the reply was "unfortunately we dont have one and we dont give them out on saturdays sorry and the lift ramp is broken currently". to say im disappointed and frustrated is an understatement i could have been notified earlier. i have now booked locally and will have to do without my car which i rely on for a few days.
