Stop letting drivers dictating the business!How come a lazy driver decides not to deliver??If this is the case assign a driver instead of Talabat CEO. He might improve the business I am wondering how delivery hero board or senior management are accepting this?And stop also your call center agents from repeating the nice words like parrots specially to an angry customer who is expecting his lunch order and get cancelled after 50 minutes.Talabat service is getting worse day after day and you are lucky that the rating is starting from 1 not 0

I wish i can give ZERO STARS! Terrible, horrendous company in history of the world. Food always delayed, this company steals tips from drivers if you tip in the App. Drivers are lazy and stupid. Talabat partner is run by a r*tard with 0 common sense. they own the market here, otherwise they would be in the garbage if they had competition.

Very bad customer support Unprofessional staff. Close the case internally while it’s not sorted No hotline for complaint For few days trying to get my refund due to their mistake displaying item which is not available and no success. Don’t recommend at all

Just scammers!

Just scammers!I ordered from talabat mart in 6/6/3024 and paid by card in advance only for them to cancel my order because suddenly they discovered there was no stock, Until this very day after almost 1 month I didn’t receive my full refundThe customer service are liars and incompetent always making fake promises of solving the problem but nothing happens Just avoid buying from them.

They stole a 100$ from me .

I can't comprehend that this should be a reputable company..This is a fraud guys be careful..I have been scammed . They stole 100$ for incomplete order due to a glitch on their app .I have been desperately trying to reach them for 2 months , only to keep getting the same sh#$t message " wait for 5-7 days". 2 months !!!!! I still didn't receive my money. The customer service is horrible, all they care about is their rate . Their replies are exact the same as if they are reading one template. Even talabt raffle is a scam . They take your rewards and they disappear. You won't hear about this raffle anymore.

I had an extremely unpleasant…

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a delivery boy from your company, Talabat. The individual in question, Mr. Muhammad Israr Ghulam Mustafa from Pakistan, displayed highly inappropriate behavior. His bike number is 13930.Mr. Mustafa was very disrespectful and lacked basic courtesy in his interaction with me. His behavior was so offensive that I considered calling the police. He used abusive and vulgar language, which is entirely unacceptable.It is crucial that your delivery personnel maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect towards customers. I strongly recommend providing Mr. Mustafa with training on customer service and communication etiquette to prevent such incidents in the future.

worst customer service , kindly remove all uneducated peoples over there and put educated people.. while on the call he could not solve the issue and he was talking rude and hung up the call just like that... this is not a professional way.

Two transactions done and talab…

Two transactions done and talab cancelled the order but I dint get the refund it’s been several weeks I am following up for the refund. Customer service desk give the same feedback saying the case is resolved . I will follow up for the refund for few more weeks and delete the app for ever . It’s frustrating to lose more and no food

After money was stolen from my account…

After money was stolen from my account for an order I didn't place, I requested them to cancel the order while the delivery person was on the way. They told me they couldn't cancel it and advised me to file a complaint. After I complained, their response was Call the Bank "?????" I contacted the bank, and they told me it was Talabat's issue, not theirs. This is similar to what happened with Fawry before. The Talabat app is not safe for bank cards. Be careful.

don‘t even start using Talabat

after using Talabat for 9 month now - after so many lost deliveries, incompetent driver, false charges, terrible customer service - where refund was the only thing they could do if anything - I finally deleted the Talabat App for good! :)while having so many high quality delivery service options in the UAE, still using Talabat? when they still have that terrible customer service is plain stupid!
