I placed an order with Talabat for 3 kids meal, once opened there was insect inside, complained to Talabat and they informed that Zaatar w Zeit will contact me to resolve the issue which never happened, I m a regular client in this branch bt will never ever eat there and will make sure none of my family or frds will do, hygiene is the first and most important and they failed 👎🏻
I ordered through talabat for some groceries, some were out of stock (this is a common thing) the man from customer service rang me and he was so so rude because the phone call disconnected, shouting at me. Not acceptable, will not be using again
BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TALABAT!! Was using both in Qatar and UAE, but now i think I'm done! And stop using this App and Delete!!! I ordered from Lulu Market a total of 44 but included the COD Fee and SF so the total is 46 but when the delivery came he took more money from me. He told me the total is 56. I have receipt and screenshots! But waste of time to complaint! Better delete this App!!
The worst application everOrders gets canceled or doesn't appear, waiting for the refund for 15 days and all they can do is offer compensation which is not requested Work on your systems and your services more than compensations and marketint in adds
Very very poor customer service. They are not following up with the orders. They are not giving a direct number for customer service to complain directly. Yesterday I ordered at 11:15 pm a limo pizza they deducted the money and they sent the estimate delivery time at 11:50 to 12:12. But they didnt provide the rider number, they closed the live chat and no chance to contact them. I was waiting with my invitees for 1 hr and then i received a message ur order has been cancelled without any prior notice. No care for the customer. So disappointed especially this is not the first time. It happened before 2 times with m… and p…and when they call to calm me down after a big complaint they say that it will not happen again but it is happening more seriously. They have to take care of their customer and take the complaint seriously. I dont encourage anyone to order from them althought i have a rich history of transactions. Very poor customer service
This company should be closed! waiting 2 hours for order, items not available, payment taken, one of agent offered compensation i didn’t get, i talked with another agent he cant do compensation. Many times issues, it the worst delivery and customer service ever!!!!!!!!
