Review Time
Twice now I have ordered from them. And twice the order has arrived much later than expected! When you email them, it can take days for a reply. They advertised expected delivery times but never achieve these. They should review what’s on their website, and set expectations appropriately, and also review their carriers!
I ordered several dresses for a wedding, but the quality was extremely poor—cheap material and completely inaccurate sizing. I didn’t realize they only offer store credit, but decided to give them another shot. I ordered one dress and two tops, sizing down based on my first order. I’m typically a size 12/14, but the dress came too big and the tops were way too small.I’ve contacted customer service regarding a refund, especially since I’ve already paid return shipping fees multiple times, but haven’t received any response.Also when I tried to send back the new items after I paid it won’t even recognise the order. Avoid this company—terrible quality, inconsistent sizing, and zero customer support.
2nd time I have ordered from this company (as I forgot I had ordered from there before!) first time the dress was damaged and after endless emails they eventually gave me a refund. I received the 2nd dress yesterday and the stitching hasn’t been finished, cotton is hanging off the dress where it hasn’t been stiched properly. I have emailed them and currently waiting for a reply! Can’t believe I have ordered from this awful site again
My disappointment with the handling of my order with this company was the worst which i placed on April 15th.Despite being informed on April 16th that my order had been shipped, I received conflicting information on April 24th stating that duty fees and taxes were required for delivery.I was unable to get clarification on how to pay, the courier, or a tracking number from your customer service.I discovered that SEKO Logistics was the courier after finally getting through to the Customer Service and they had told me SEKO had sent me an email regarding the duty fees but when I had rang SEKO they hadn't been in touch with the company regarding that situation and they also confirmed that no fees were due upon arrival in the UK.I received my parcel just 3 days before the wedding thankfully but that was without paying any additional charges.The inaccurate information provided by your company caused unnecessary stress and concern, as I was under time to receive the order for a wedding. The only advice i could give to the company is to improve its communication and provide accurate information to customers in the future.
I currently live in a dorm hall and something had happened where it got returned back to THATSOFETCH. I opened the live chat and within 24 they fixed the situation and shipped it back without an issue. I really appreciate this! one thing, they should add a number to call but I understand why they don’t. Still very helpful and very nice!!
I ordered a dress in two sizes, to see what would fit best. On arrival, I was so let down with the quality of material used! Dresses were almost £70 each. Raised concerns with customer service to me advised that they only offer store credit - why would I want to spend MORE money with a company who charge high end prices and use cheap fabric.
I’m so disappointed, after paying a ridiculous delivery fee where the delivery was not speedy my order arrived. I ordered my usual size with every clothing company and when the skirt arrived it was very big, it’s definitely more the next size up so instead of being mid rise it’s just dropping around my waist, spoiling the full look. The skirt was not cheap so I emailed customer service explaining their sizes are way off but not advertised to size down, I would like an exchange to the next size down but I am not prepared to pay a return fee or another delivery fee when this is absolutely no fault of my own. Customer service were terrible and had clearly not read my email and just send the generic how to return response. Please read it again, I want an exchange to the smaller size but not paying return or another delivery fee.
Don’t buy, ordered a dress a month ago and hasn’t even arrived. Emailed them multiple times asking for a refund, and they’re not giving me one. Just sent emails back not even making sense. My parcel is still missing and no refund given, Edit: i know it’s lost but you didn’t give me a refund?
