Bought two dresses because with them being shipped we wanted to try more than one at a time for homecoming without them getting here late. Love one and keeping it and returning the other. Not only do they charge $5.99 for the return but they only issue a store credit. Really unsatisfied with this process. At least give me my money back.
Shipping was quick & the dress was as nice as it looked online. We had a problem upon delivery from my end & the company were very quick to help & happy to assist us to solve the issue through their online chat. Will definitely order again.
Shein quality don't recommend. Trustpilot why you threatening to not post my honest review because I won't give my phone number and whatever to THATS SO FETCH this is the experience I had with that clothing company Just received my order sitting outside wasn't even told it was here anyone could have just stolen it your quality is absolutely rubbish you are ripping people off with the prices your charging and your shein quality disgusting. I prefer my money back. Will never order from your low quality store again enjoy my money I wasted frauds. AND OBVIOUSLY I AINT THE 1ST.

I recently purchased a dress that tied up through the back of the dress via studs, these were actually faulty. If it was 1 or 2 I think we would have managed but it was a whole section of the dress and we weren’t happy. After contacting the customer service team via the chat icon they were able to return / exchange via a pre paid postage. The new dress is on its way and the faulty one has been sent back.I have given 4 stars as the customer service was great, however a 5 star rating for me is the product should have been checked prior to send it out. Maybe the items are packaged and so not wanting to open every piece may cause some overhead with staff, I was happy I could return the dress but since it has sold out we have had to choose another dress.
The returns policy is not acceptable at all and against consumer rights. I have sent an email regarding this and hoping for a full refund not an exchange or store credit. I am a single full time working mum who is going to be put in severe debt and financial trouble without the refund. Severely worried sick and causing major panic attacks and anxiety. I have contacted my bank who have stated they can sort it from there end but I need to contact the company first.
