I unfortunately had a total loss of service and called 4th utility to see what the problem with. I was put through to Jenna who was very kind and professional on the phone. Jenna was able to quickly diagnose the problem and kindly arranged for a new part to be sent out. The part arrived today and we now have our service back up and running. Thank you so much. My faith in this company has been restored ❤️
I had the pleasure of dealing with Callum and honestly I can say its one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years such great guy who understands your needs and addresses them accordingly. Ive had so many issues with virgin media who are my current providers and honestly such terrible customer service and extortionate prices but 4th utility seem like a breath of fresh air the deal honestly seems too good to be true but thankfully it is real and look forward to joining them soon. I hope they carry on with their great customer service and again want to thank Callum for everything if it wasn't for his great customer service I wouldn't be joining 4th utility he won me over so well done lad.
I have been sold, wall to wall broadband but I think they forgot to mention it doesn’t exist outside the room walls the router is installed, (and I live in a flat). When I have called customer service they recommended a WiFi extender which I bought, but the issue is the WiFi outside the room drops down to 20-30mbps while I’m paying for up to 500. The company is a joke and they promise more they can deliver. WiFi is so unreliable.I’m happy I have only 12 month contract with them. But if they won’t be able to deliver the speed I have already checked and I’ll be able to leave them early with out having to wait.At this point avoid 4th utilities
