I had an issue with my delivery and Helena did an amazing job trying to track it down and brought the matter to a successful resolution. She was gracious and responsive from beginning to end. I will continue be a loyal customer of The Fold.

Firstly the customer service given by Alex was 5 star. He was very proffessional helpful nothing was too much trouble. Its been a long time since I have experienced such a rewarding shopping trip. The pieces I purchased were of exceptional quality and fit. I will definitely be returning soon.

I have purchased 2 very beautiful (and unique) items from The Fold. They are just lovely!One had been purchased the day before a sale and special promotion. I wrote to their customer service and Shahnaz responded very quickly that I would be given the promotion and refund, since I’d ordered within hours of the sale. She has been very communicative and helpful. I will treat myself to shopping from The Fold in future!
