I have purchased 2 very beautiful (and unique) items from The Fold. They are just lovely!One had been purchased the day before a sale and special promotion. I wrote to their customer service and Shahnaz responded very quickly that I would be given the promotion and refund, since I’d ordered within hours of the sale. She has been very communicative and helpful. I will treat myself to shopping from The Fold in future!
A "real person" answered my original questions and was available for questions and followup. Helena was superb in every way and I look forward to dealing with her and The Fold in the future. I live in the US and also spend time in London so I have the benefit of the catalog and the wonderful store!

First time client here-purchased a few sizes because I wasn’t familiar with the brand and how it runs. First impressions: high quality garments, gorgeous designs, pricey but definitely worth it. Beyond that, the Customer Support is Next Level! Long story but I needed help untangling my returns. Helena was an absolute Saint. She sorted me out, generated labels and even arranged a pickup at my office when the “local” DHL” drop was nearly an hour away. I cannot say enough positive about my first experience with this brand. Definitely won’t be my last. The Fold is restoring my love for clothing shopping-thank you!!

I’m so dissatisfied with the service from this company. The first dress arrived with a hole in the sleeve and terribly crushed. 11 days following the return of the faulty garment , I haven’t received any correspondence that they have received it and no refund of the £350. The 2nd garment which was the same size as the first was very small. The third garment , a coat ,was like a rag - Massively crushed , with a dirty mark on the front.Communication is poor and I will be interested to see how long it takes to refund me . I’m afraid I won’t use them again , it’s unacceptable.

The simple on- line process for booking styling session was excellent. When I arrived the item I’d been interested in trying was set aside for me. Staff at the shop were very helpful with advice on styling and alterations if I needed, either immediately or at a later date. Thank you
