Wonderful experience. The stylist picked out a lovely range of pieces for me to try, and allowed plenty of time for trying and re-trying the various outfits, as well as introducing new options and sizes. No hard sell. Dressing room was large with good mirrors, lighting and natural light which made the experience much more positive than most in-store changing rooms. I bought a clever crepe jacket and matching dress and skirt for a job interview. Amazing fit and cut that really boosted my confidence, and I got the job! Thank you team Fold.

In today's age to find good customer service isa real plus. I experienced just that when I reached out to The Fold. A live person called me back within hours and answered all my questions. I love the clothes at The Fold and now the customer service as well. Double thumbs up!

I have been a customer of The Fold London since their first year of operation. I was looking for workwear that was business smart but not too common and not old-fashioned. I find their designs unique, and their fabrics of the highest quality. I recently purchased 3 dresses and one of them became out of stock temporarily. Their customer service was amazing - they helped me with securing one of the dresses that was returned by another customer and although it was a busy period over the holidays they offered me complimentary next day delivery to ensure I got my dress before the Christmas holiday. The Fold London is a premium brand in every way - quality, designs and customer service. They are pricey but worth every penny.
