My first order is a good surprise to the receiver. All my message was written and safely sent to the receiver.My second order is so disappointed.....The Urban Botanist; Miss out my greeting's message letter.Not attention to my dedicated receiver.Delivery without notice the people inside the house and left the package overnight under the rain.
We had an extremely last minute request for a number of Terrariums to be used as part of an event at Cop26. The team went above and beyond to fulfill the order at very short notice and we cannot thank them enough. The terrariums are absolutely stunning and made their debut at Kelvingrove Art Gallery with HRH Prince Charles. Terrariums fit for a royal display! Thank you Anne-Marie and the team.
overall a good product (the advent calendar) just a little bit upset with a few of the surprises.( i.e. one was a wooden disc saying merry Christmas and another was a plant pot then the plant in the next box the day after) I would have also thought there would be a little card/tag with each plant to explain what they are and how to look after them. I know that looks like a rant but its not... Very happy apart from the few little things that would make it a bit more special.
