Very disappointing reaction from Tissot Customer service.Having bought a £1000+ watch T Touch Solar,I found the main strap far too stiff and uncomfortable to wear.A second strap was included which was bright yellow and was very comfortable but for informal use only.I requested a replacement for the main strap,only to be told my Tissot that this would not happen.There was no empathy or understanding or any attempt by Tissot to solve the problem.Just a big NO.This isnt the treatment expected from a major player.So disappointed
I've had two Tissot watches about fifteen years apart - both expensive priced. I was a fool for going back. Both had the straps malfunction (come undone) within a few months. The most recent one, I didn't get fixed within the guarantee time, and I'm sad to say that Tissot quoted me almost the cost of the watch to repair it. The customer service is impersonal and they don't care.
Bought a tour de france watch strap fell off when i got home so i refitted it. Battery failed after 3 months,shop tried to charge me. Replaced 2 futher batterys in 3 years, Then the strap split. Bought a genuine strap its fell off every time ive wore it now the chrono has ceased to work . £350 absolute pile of dog poo
Tissot canada repair service is a rip off. You send in your watch for a repair only to find out that regardless of the actual repair on the mechanic of the watch, they will not repair it unless you also buy a 60$ strap from them. What does repairing a watch has to do with a strap
The tissot brand watches are absolutely a piece of junk watch. I had for 6 months and they refused to fix it. I wouldn't buy a watch for them ever again. They hang up on you and don't return calls. I would give 0 stars if I could. Michael Methot
Just received a strap for my new T-Touch watch from Tissot.The spring bar is faulty and gave up after a short time causing the watch to fall from my wrist. This is not the sort of quality I would expect from a Swiss watch brand and luckily the watch seems undamaged, though it should never have happened.This is my 3rd watch from Tissot and not the first additional strap. Im am very unhappy.
I have a maintenance on my Tissot watch. After 2 months after payment, there is still no update on my watch at all. I called them 10 times and the service telephone automatically hangs up after 1 min and never call me back as it was said. Very bad customer service, no update at all, also not reachable. Luckily after 3 months I got my watch back and repaired.
Had a Tissot watch many years ago. The battery died. I sent it to get a new battery and was advised they didnt support that watch any more. So they gave me a minimal discount off one. Now many years later the battery has gone on that one. On sending it in, it appears that it is not JUST the battery but £250 of repairs. Would never ever buy one again. Useless. Likes one-off vapes!!!
Had a watch from new less than 2 years old. Didn’t have purchase or warranty info because I won it. Told them this but they still said to send it in anyway then said they charge over £200 to fix it. Tissot Seastar 2000 is a poor quality watch and the customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.
