Excellent customer service. Good value for a quality product. Pre-paid return shipping was prompt and silver service for when it required inspection and battery replacement. They even sent a protective case. The online ordering and returns system is fast, easy and efficient. From my experiences, they seem to emphasise good customer care and satisfaction.
I purchased Tissot official brown leather strap (lugs 15 mm). After 2 weeks it began falling apart. The customer service failed to be helpful in this regard. I am so disappointed and would not be buying anything from Tissot ever again (I decided to leave a review only now since this morning they’ve sent me their advert and reminded me about themselves).
I traded a very nice Breitling quarts for an automatic Tissot. Why? I loved the Breitling, but hated having to get batteries replaced. However, I could not be happier with the Tissot. I note others' bad experiences; but that's certainly not mine. It's a well made and beautiful watch; and I'm more than happy with the trade.
Why can't I leave a zero review?absolutely rubbish they look great but what's the point if it loses time I'm wearing a watch that never has the right time and the hour hand has now stopped moving tissot want over £200 to service and make it work properly which it should have from when I got it screw you tissot.just so frustrated smashed it and binned it well done tissot
I Bought a Tissot T41218334 Women's Le Locle Date Bracelet Strap Watch for my daughter's 21st birthday three and a bit years ago (Sept 2019). The watch lost time regularly (within its 2 year guarantee period) and was sent to be fixed. It then stopped altogether earlier this month (Feb 2023) and we were told it would be a minimum £195 to service it, but not necessarily fix it. A 21st present was bought to last a life time. This is so sad and not what one would expect of a Tissot watch.
Bought a watch for my husband from Real Watch Company and the band broke within a month. We replaced it. Then, the face needed to be fixed so we sent to Tissot under the 2 year warranty and it's been 2 months with no response. We have called and emailed many times and they just have the watch and are not responding at all.
Before Christmas I bought a Tissot mans watch on line.unfortunately I didn’t realise how big the watch-face was and, it was not satisfactory, and we wanted to send it back. I found a telephone number, spoke to a very nice and efficient lady, who told me to send the watch back - I did this, and received all the money back very quickly. I only wish I could have found another watch with a smaller face, from Tissot. This sort of good service is hard to find.
