Such a bad experience with their customer service. The phone numbers don't work. You try to call, it rings and the call just ends suddenly. I had endless attempts just to get to talk to someone and when I had the right number and it finally rang, the right person was never there only the colleague who culdn't help me. I had to call 4-5 different numbers, multiple times because most of the times the call was just ending, because it was always the number from the wrong department and some of them don't know anything at all, they can't help with return or online purchases and they said that I have to call someone else. Whatever I was asking, they couldn't help and I had to call a different number.Eventually after a Week of daily calls I got to talk to someone and 'resolve' the problem. Well, they didn't solve it. I wanted to change bank accounts because the one I used to pay was going close and they transfered the money directly into the old bank account. Luckily the bank account was still open when they transferred the money and I have also seen it on time, but if it was closed at the time they returned the money I would have lost a few hundreds and I would have had no watch.Regarding the quality of the watch, to me it seemed good but I have never worn it so I can't say much about that.
BUYER BEWARE!! Tissot sells watches that don’t last and then rapes you on the repairs costs for their bad watches...Go get a Timex for $150 and it will last longer than a Tissot $1,000 plus watch...Also good luck trying to get a hold of their service repair department! BAD COMPANY!BAD WATCHES!!BAD SERVICE!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Asked to have the watch looked at, Have a self wind $2000 plus watch. Stopped workingAdvised that two jewels need replacing and the watch has a scratched bezel that needs fixing. I tried to contact the Melbourne service centre twice prior to using website and no response. really bad and rude for that kind of reputation and product.Asked just to have the jewels fixed and they just said no we need to do it all. Super disappointing.
First Tissot watch, 60th birthday gift, never previously owned a quality Swiss "top of the range" watch, was over the moon! Not long out of warranty and crown has broken off on whilst attempting to change date.Found the Melbourne Service Centre rude. Not interested in helping. Advised out of warranty and my expense to repair. Hundreds of dollars. Certainly not what you'd expect after paying top dollar and the watch is otherwise still like new. It would appear to be a fault with the crown to simply snap the stem of crown off, (leaving it inside the watch,) on pulling out to adjust time or date!I would suggest a free fix or replacement should be in order.
I have owned my TISSOT PRC 200 IIHF 2020 SPECIAL EDITION for a couple of months now, and I am absolutely in love with it. I like how casual it feels and how sturdily built it is. The white/blue colors fit my personality greatly. I am a very sporty person, and I have taken it for a few runs with me. It does great with my sweaty wrist.
High quality Swiss watches at a much more affordable price than other big name brands. The Swiss ETA movement in some of the older models was the same movement used by many others brands but at a much greater price. A perfect entry piece for a Swiss watch collection.
Received a Tissot Touch, at my request, as a 40 year service award. This was 6 years ago. Since then have been through 3 bands at $100 each and repairs at $400+. For an expensive watch am very dissatisfied. Have not used it now for over a year. Would not recommend
Strongly recommend not to purchaseI purchased a Tissot watch for my wife in the the UK from an authorised Tissot outlet. The worldwide guarantee gave us confidence as we were visiting from Australia. Within a matter of weeks the $700 watch case was showing signs of flaking gold gilding front and rear, the "leather" band was flaking and peeling and the watch was gaining over half an hour a week. This was reported to Tissot Australia, after jumping through hoops the watch was returned to the service Dept in Melbourne. After two months without a reliable timepiece the watch was finally returned, with new watch band and replacement case ( after inference it was caused by misuse despite the fact my wife's previous watch lasted 20 years faultlessly). Now two months later, Tissot watch gaining 10 minutes a day, rubbish watch band flaking its genuine leather faux plastic coating. We recommend never to purchase a Tissot watch , It was explained that due to magnetic influences it is usual for automatic watches to gain time incrementally, any intending purchasers should expect a regular quarterly visit to a Jeweller apparently!! So far the flaking gold gilding has not recurred. Consider a Casio as a better option...
