Review Time
I have had a parcel picked up from Toll 3 weeks ago. I called today and the contact center said - 'it's a mess down there, the managers are trying to sort it out. Packages everywhere and there's no system- they are trying to put one in. They don't know what parcels came in when'. She wasn't able to tell me when I might receive my parcel & 'didn't want to give me any false hope' that I might get it before the beginning of December. I won't order anything if the courier is Toll. I was also advised under Level 3 they are unable to offer pick up (if they happen to find your parcel).
This is frustrating TOLL is worst courier company ever. Haven’t received my Parcel which have arrived in October. Contacted customer service more than 4 times but they couldn’t tell me and answer to when they will deliver only excuse they gave was due to COVID like hello other company’s are going through same but they deliver on time. Customer service team advise to contact the sender for refund or send again like OMG I have that much time to do couriers job. This is my first time dealing with TOLL and probably would be my last as well.
horrible and ridiculous company, ask to wait for 3 days and will call back to me update my parcel delivery status. But no call back, until i need to called back myself to Toll and they just told me that they get lost my parcel. What kind of this big delivery company is this? just any how to get lost the customer parcel and no any feedback to customer? Ridiculous!
The drivers themselves are great, but Toll as a company must be the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I will no longer purchase from any online supplier that uses Toll for deliveries. Parcels late, inaccurate tracking, consignments split over a whole week despite supposedly being in the same depot. Utterly woeful.
The worst delivery company. From lost packages to packages just sitting in their depot for ever. Customer service never know what's going on and won't provide any help. Even their website for tracking is "Not Secure" doesn't even use https. Absolute joke.
Minus 10 stars Said they Attempted Delivery but never showed! Contacted Toll told it was a systems error. Given assurance of delivery in 48 hours came and went. Still nothing no reply to emails. Not expecting to receive my delivery. Given what I've read here but would love to be proven wrong. We have 5 parcels delivered on average monthly to my address all others couriers have no trouble . First time with Toll seems they can't even handle a simple delivery.
They are unable to estimate a delivery date. Three separate phone enquires regarding status of delivery. Each time was informed someone would contact me to advise. No one contacted me. Made a online enquiry and no reply. Two weeks later and still no delivery and no idea when it will be delivered. The My Toll Tracker is useless/pointless. Will never use Toll again
Update. Over two weeks later. Still not delivered and no one, even Kogan can get an answer from Toll. Kogan have offered to send another but with no priority. I hope they don’t use Toll.I paid $60 bucks for delivery and somehow the product which was 50km from me is in another state,Where to start…Absolutely terrible service guaranteed every time.Goods sit in warehouses less than an hour from me to be delivered whenever Toll bother to get on the road, often weeks. And, when they eventually get close, they leave stuff at the wrong address and disappear. Then impossible to contact.I have no idea why retailers use Toll only to receive terrible reviews by association. I’m about to give you a bad review because of your association with Toll K*G*N!
My items were collected from Truganina and to be delivered to Brunswick and have been sitting collecting dust at the warehouse for 3 weeks and when I call or email their only excuse is covid-19! Whenever I talk to the so-called supervisor it's always I will personally call you back but never hear from them. My organization will N E V E R use toll ever again!
