Most useless fkwits

Driver blatantly lie about delivery attempt when driver never knocked/rang the door or the bell. Doesn't even bother to leave a 'we missed you' card which proves driver never attempted the delivery. What's even worse is that toll doesn't bother to follow up on redelivery on same day despite that fact their driver clearly fked up. I hope to lord jesus christ that this company goes down and under.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke, my parcel has been sitting in their depot since 1st of November! A warning to kiwis that ordered from SHEIN, they use Toll couriers that basically means your order will NEVER arrive !

Delays, attempted deliveries

Just read the reviews here - it's the same story for me: my parcel sitting in depot for 2 weeks after imaginary “attempted delivery” (I couldn't miss the delivery because I was working from home, intercom worked fine). Toll is the worst, I will never buy anything from businesses which use this ridiculous delivery service. I'm not even sure why businesses would use tolls service.. I would rather pay extra than wait months for my parcel

WHERE IS MY PARCEL??

I am only choosing 1 because there is no option to give 0. If Toll has your package - consider it gone/lost/donated to the greater good. My parcel was collected nearly 4 weeks ago and seems to be just sitting there. I have tried to call multiple times but get stuck on hold forever waiting to speak to someone. I have called 4 times and have held for 54minutes, 87minutes, 35minutes and 43minutes but have had to ring off each time before even speaking to someone as I can't stay on forever unfortunately as I have a job that I have to do. Maybe I need to take annual leave to sit on the phone all day in order to get hold of someone to find out where my package is??? Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommeind

Worst courier company in NZ

Worst courier company in NZ. My small parcel got from Hawkes Bay to Auckland in about 15 hours… and has now been in their Auckland depot for three weeks and counting. They won’t allow pick-ups from the depot and don’t answer the phone. Based on this experience, I will not order any goods from vendors or retailers who use them.

My package has been sitting in their hub for 3 weeks now. No status and no update since the 1st of November. Useless service I've received goods from NZ Post and Aramex within a week of purchases arriving in New Zealand. I even received an order from Orange County, California quicker than this crap. Will never order goods from companies that use this courier service again. I ordered headphones from Australia and it took 3 months to receive them. If I knew delivery would've been that long I would've shopped local. I'm giving 1 star because I'm hoping my package will arrive some day.

Poor customer service

HiVery poor service. My parcel is lying in Melbourne since 13 November without scanning I call everyday same reply from customer service that due to heavy rush we cannot deliver. I have never had such a bad response so far from any courier company. There is no solution even I ask if I can go personally and pick my parcel they refused bcoz they also don’t know the status of my parcel. Moreover they are disconnecting my phone call now . Very poor customer service 😡😡😡😡

bro literally the worst, You have all these people experiencing such bad ethics with toll, and nothing has changed. Im so embarrassed by how as a company you fail in all aspects of what youse have chosen to operate in, delivery, customer service, etc. So disappointing and sad that nothing can be done on our part as customers, and that so many people have been let down. I just want my package, and so do others, if other delivery companies are able to continue being prompt with their packages and such, I don't understand why toll cannot. I do not know how you haven't been shut down yet, and companies are just letting this happen, and for so long. Please do better, its disgusting.

Absolutely useless service

Absolutely useless service. Got a package imported from Hong Kong. Ordered on the 28th of October, package was swiftly prepared overseas and sent via airplane. Package arrived at Toll Mangere depot on the 4th of November. Package has been sitting at depot since that date. No updates whatsoever. Tried calling through to toll number and always goes through to voicemail, they never pick up over multiple days. How can you be such a big company and never pick up the phone for customers??? Received an automated generic response to emails too with no update on when the package would be shipped. I wish I could give 0 stars to this company because they are an utter embarrassment compared to other shipping companies.
