Bought new Toyota, the 'app' technology is hopeless, issues with the car. Tried to call and its says 'too busy to help' and its 21 days for an email response!

JUST AWFUL!

Had the misfortune of meeting the most rude, unhelpful and unprofessional sales people I have ever encountered in my entire life, after I stupidly visited the Guildford branch at Slyfield industrial estate. I advise anyone to stay clear of this branch ( which actually is maybe what's happening, as no customers in there) and look elsewhere. Somewhere with decent customer service and with staff that have the decency to at least know how to smile.One can only imagine what after service a customer would receive. Dreadful place!

Ive just purchased toyota aygo X…

Ive just purchased toyota aygo X exclusive and i love it Ben,andrew and tom were absolutely brilliant.nothing was too hard for them if I needed anything they were always at end of the phone my 2nd car from toyota this is why I'm leaving 5 star review these 3 are absolutely 👏 brilliant.and now I have the car they emailed to say any problems to go back and they will sort it i know I keep saying this but they deserve the world what lovely bunch toyota swansea 😁

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXSISTENT

Toyota Finance is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Cannot get through on the phone, no return calls and if you log on to the portal and send a message it is a standard reply no one appears to read the actual content of the message. I cannot wait to get rid of this company, they are extremely unhelpful and are not interested in the customer.

I bought a 4k miles year old aygo edge

I bought a 4k miles year old aygo edge, and found it to be very poorly built, it rattles and creaks ,the front seats sag and the seat material is baggy and badly fitted .Awful after sales service .

Struggling with Quality Service

I have always been pleased with Toyota hedge end and really happy with both my Lexus and Toyota.On my last two visits inspite of inspections, videos, reports and leaving the car for a full day they have really struggled to address a repeating problem.Every time I close any of the doors or hatch back I get an after vibration noise from under the car.Having been assured by Toyota that there is no problem I called the AA out yesterday to address another issue.As soon as the AA looked underneath the car when I closed the door, he said I can see the heat shield over the exhaust, is moving and one has come away, it's obvious with a visual inspection.Perhaps Toyota had no one to close the door whilst another view underneath, I'm not sure.To complete the story I've just emailed Toyota with all my details including the car registration only to have a return email asking for exactly the same details, perhaps this why my problem was not addressed.With better oversight this site could be Gold Standard.Has anyone else had the same issued with Best Practice and Duty of Care, perhaps more training and supervision is needed.

Purchased a Toyota CHR Sport from Frf…

Purchased a Toyota CHR Sport from Frf Cardiff in November 2024 and paid to have Front and Rear Dashcam Fitted at a cost of £387. As I live in Callington Cornwall so I paid £99 for delivery. When I took delivery of my car I noticed that there was No Box, instructions, SD Card etc. for the dash a m so I have Emailed Salesman no fewer than Six Times I also Emailed the Sales Manager NO RESPONSE! I have even telephoned the sales team and they were supposed to give me a call back. NO RESPONSE. Very angry at after sales service NON EXISTANT.

Against everything Toyota advertises

After 30 very happy years of owning a few Toyotas, we had been 100% happy until now.Our Yaris Cross is only 18 months old and decided to stop dead in a car park. After calling out Toyota assist we were informed this was a known complaint. After further investigation both on line and from Toyota we have discovered the 12V battery looses power unless it’s left running on the drive way or taken for a long run every few days.We have bought Toyota for their reliability and economy. This common fault is the complete opposite of what we want. To take unnecessary long journeys is not only expensive but environmentally unfriendly. Being both elderly, and living away from any bus route we need a reliable car.It looks like Toyota are not interested. This fault needs addressed and any car who has this problem needs to be resolved

My screen wash stopped working

My screen wash stopped working, I called and was asked to go in where Shiela advised fuse blown and with the help of mechanic, they sorted this quickly and washed and hoovered the car, also reset warning light, great service at Toyota Cameron Toll, thank you
