I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Toyota’s customer service. No matter which channel I use—phone, email, or even visiting in person—getting a clear answer is nearly impossible. They either don’t respond at all or give vague, unhelpful replies.To make matters worse, despite buying a brand-new car from an official Toyota dealer just two months ago, they now want to charge me just to check a faulty part! This is absolutely unacceptable for a vehicle still under warranty. Instead of standing behind their products, they seem more interested in squeezing every last penny out of customers.Toyota’s reputation for reliability means nothing if their service is this poor. I expected much better, and I will seriously reconsider buying from them again.

Good Luck with any repairs...

Toyota have had my car waiting for a part in their garage for 5 months and STILL no end in sight. Supposedly just waiting for an alternator to come back into stock?!?! Everytime I call to ask for an update I am told they still cant order the part. HOW nearly half a year down the line have they still not been able to source an alternator? I had the car for 10 months and this issue came about. Wish I had gone elsewhere. Lets only hope its fixed before 2026...

12v battery fails without warning leaving you stranded.

CASE2013678In February my car 12v battery failed and it cost me £179 to get the AA out to start the car and take me to a local Toyota garage. The garage has been great but ToyotaGB head office have been terrible, and 9 months later it's still going on, they just don't seem to care. They think a trickle charger is a solution and even that has taken month for them to agree to cover cost and then further months to get a refund. The 12v battery failure issue is well known to Toyota but non of this was made known to me when buying the car - a failure of duty of care as the battery can fail anytime.
