All we can say is uslessWe came into the showroom just a few days ago and was miserably met by fleeing salesmenEventually after asking for help MARTIN came foward. We asked him to show us a car we went onto buy somewhere else and he miserably walked over to get jump leads .This was the worst experience we've ever had We went onto another dealership and spent 35,000 pounds Martin Southport branch , you clearly dispise your job , you was miserable ,un helpful and dam right rude .You need to retire as sales is no longer for you .Toyota , vet your staff.
I bought my Toyota Yaris from Steven eagall in 2017. I have had it serviced by them regularly. I have just sold it due to having to give up driving,However in all that time it cost me the princely sum of a windscreen wiper blade. The car never let me down and always ran perfectly. I don’t understand why there so many negative reviews regarding Toyota
In January I purchased a 3 year old corolla £19,000. Within days I noticed there were multiple body issues, dents, bad repairs. I went back to Toyota Colchester to point this out and minor dents were pulled out at their expense. I also mentioned that the bonnet was misaligned and was evident it had been partly sprayed, front passenger door glass badly scored, they wouldn't do anything for those issues. There was a split on the lower section of the front bumper which the salesman said didn't show in their photos, I wasn't shown those photos, the rear bumper had been botched with mismatched paint over the unrepaired damage. Eventually they agree d to repair the front split bumper, but the terrible bad repair to the front bumper was left, the front right of the bumper where it meets the wing is proud and out of alignment, I had to pay for the rear bumper damage. I have recently mentioned about the drivers door being out of alignment and was told I would be contacted, nothing happened, emails ignored. I have yet to go to Toyota GB, if they do nothing I will write to Japan and I will exercise my statutory rights here in the UK. All they seem concerned about is you leaving a 5 star review. I am now doubting as to whether they do what they're supposed to do when servicing my car.
My5. 5 year old Corolla had an issue with a defective washer pump, they arranged to pick it up from my work. Returned after replacement, Thank you Toyota Birmingham, next called for a service as I had a reminder, arranged for the next day, tofayExcellent thank you.
I found the Toyota service website to be the greatest work of fiction since Charles Dickens. I bought a used Toyota from the RRG group in North West England and they assured me the car had been fully serviced and safety checked by one of their dealerships, and they referred me to the Toyota website that confirmed the car had been fully serviced. I was a bit suspicious, so I asked my local garage to inspect the car. They confirmed that the oil was dirty, the air filter was dirty, and the A/C filter was dirty (photos available). Also, the spare wheel was under- inflated and the rear brake drums were dusty (which suggested to me the rear brake drum slave cylinders had not been inspected for leaks). I wrote to RRG and they stated, as far as they were concerned, the car had been fully serviced and that was the end of it. I will never trust the Toyota website or the Toyota dealer again, and I will not be having my car serviced by a Toyota dealer if this is the standard of their service.
BZ4X has major problems with electrical discharge from ancillary battery following recall upgrade to safety system. Broken down 3X, Toyota UK don’t respond to us despite numerous emails or our local Toyota service centre. Really bad customer service. Time we changed brand!!!
