Absolutely terrible service from Sharaf DG!We bought a water dispenser for 2,000 AED, and while they delivered it quickly, it didn’t even work from day one. We plugged it in completely dead. We reported the issue and Sharaf DG opened three separate service requests, but no one ever came. It’s been over a month, and we still can’t use the product at all.Sharaf DG is the perfect example of a company that only cares about taking your money but takes zero responsibility afterwards. They don’t fix, don’t follow up, don’t care. Selling faulty products and ignoring customers for weeks is absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional.
Scammers, Not a good experience, very bad customer service, unstable delivery service, rang to cancel the order and told that a refund will be processed in 14 days but after 2 days the delivery guy calls me to deliver and then never turned up, absolutely rubbish service. Stay away from this business at any cost.

My return reference number is TB204815.Despite initiating the return over 10 days ago, I have been met with nothing but frustration and delays. The company has refused to provide a refund and is instead pushing for a replacement, even though I have explicitly stated that I do not want one.Their customer service via WhatsApp is automated and unhelpful. It's a never-ending loop of generic responses and an inability to connect with a real person who can solve the problem. I have spent countless hours in a chat with an agent who is unable to process a simple refund.This is a clear violation of customer rights. It is shocking that a major retailer would operate with such a disregard for its customers. I highly advise you to reconsider buying from them if you want any assurance of a hassle-free return or refund process. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.I hope this review helps you. My order was suppose to be delivered on the 5th of september now its 7th and they said it will be received 8th (hopefully) its ridiculous, I ordered a stove, people cant stay home and wait for their poor delivery service we have things to do and it needs to be installed, never buying again and not recommended at all PLUS 0 compensation for the late deliveries
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sharaf DG. I ordered a room cooler and not only was the delivery delayed without any prior intimation, but the customer service made the situation worse. Instead of resolving the issue, the representative I dealt with was clearly inexperienced, constantly speaking on my behalf without listening to what I was actually saying. This left me feeling dismissed rather than valued as a customer.For a company of Sharaf DG’s scale and reputation, such service is unacceptable. Customers expect timely delivery, transparent communication, and respectful treatment none of which were delivered in this case.I sincerely hope Sharaf DG takes this feedback seriously and trains its staff better, because at present, this experience has made me seriously reconsider future purchases.
I try to return an item because information on their website is not matching the product. I initiated return and they told me they will contact me in 48h. Now its 5 days. When I try to reach them by their app's chat, mobile or email. I do not receive any return only incosistent questions or information.
