I purchased the LG QNED86 2024 TV from Sharaf DG, expecting a premium product and service. However, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The TV was overpriced compared to other retailers, but I went ahead, assuming their service would justify the cost—big mistake.When the TV started showing issues shortly after purchase, dealing with their warranty support was infuriating. The staff seemed clueless and kept passing me around between departments with no clear resolution. It took weeks just to get someone to acknowledge the problem, and even then, they were unwilling to take responsibility.Their customer service team is one of the worst I’ve dealt with—rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding accountability than solving the issue.For the high prices they charge, you’d expect top-notch after-sales support, but instead, you get ignored and dismissed. Sharaf DG has proven they don’t value their customers once the sale is made. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for good products or reliable service. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
You go to the store, order an item and they tell you that it is out of stock and they can order that for you. Sale is made, payment is completed and you receive a notification the next day that the item is shipped and expected on the same day... then you wait, wait, wait and wait. The call center is useless with scripted messages and no one knows when the item will be delivered.Item ordered on 2nd December. Delivery confirmation message received on 3rd December for the same day. It is 5th of December and there are no updates or calls. Call center is absolutely useless and have no clue.So much for the electronic destination in Dubai.
Few mnths bck paid n registered for free lifetime cell screen savers change fr myself n husband.Upon approaching them on 1st Dec'24, DCC branch ,they said 2nd party mentioned r no more with them.Pls kindly follow the steps to get in touch on the xyz site details...Pls I need to understand here , we bought the deal frm Sharaf dg , therefore they need to provide services n solution to their clients best way possible , not lead them outside fr any jobs. We spoke to the manager on duty too who seemed helpless as had limited authorities.We have been there customer since long but for most of the issues , we need to chase , explain n convince that takes quite sometime.Absolutely unacceptable from a customer's point of view.
ORDER NUMBER :W4835828-AIN SHARAF DG APP UNTILL TODAY ITS MENTIONED DELIVERY SUPPOSED TO BE ON 29TH NOVEMBERCase studyI have booked online, Samsung S 23 ultra mobile yesterday through Sharaf dg app which was very good experience and I am supposed to receive my delivery on 29th of November as expectedAs a scheduled delivery, I received the WhatsApp message early morning from the shipment company, and the delivery agent said please share the location and he will deliver the item by 4 to 5 PM Abu Dhabi timeThen I have follow up with him at 5 PM that where is my delivery he said delivery will be not done today since your location is different. I have asked him how Delivery address is a different then he shared the screenshot where it was mentioned Hamdan Street and my apartment is on Hamdan StreetI have requested him at 5 PM that this is the same location where I’m sitting at this moment and I have to leave for the airport for my annual vacation at 9 PM tonight so can you please deliver it he said he is at tourist club area and cant come today as FYI it’s only 10 minutes drive.He started arguing with me on WhatsApp and I have all the evidence that he said he will not deliver the item today and in case I need to complain I’m open to complain about this.I have contacted Sharaf dg customer care starting from 5 PM to 8 PM three different customer care and they confirm me that the item will be delivered today as promised since they know my flight is tonight and I need to take the itemI will also mention the delivery agent number WhatsApp and he showed irresponsible behavior since morning 8 AM. He is holding my product in the Hand in Abu Dhabi and he did not deliver and the time right now is 9:30 PM Abu Dhabi.So here I would like to request the Sharaf dg management to review the detail with their shipment company how the Sharaf dg is handling with this such irresponsible shipment company and I need compensation on this.... since the delivery agent holding my product since morning until the tonight and he did not deliver purposely and stated that location was different.I will mention down the details of the agent. I need written apology, and I need monetary compensation from Sharaf dg that they promised me and they did not deliver the item on time.Sharaf dg customer care informed me at 6 PM that our delivery time until 7 PM and as per shipment company they promised me item will be deliver item today by 7 PM Abu Dhabi time .And funny part starts here at 7 PM. I have received a text message stating that the delivery is failed due to the location change where my location was not changed and I am having all the WhatsApp evidence that I have requested the delivery staff that I am on the same place where I have mentioned Delivery detail onlineComplaint has been registered by the Sharaf dg customer care and driver number is +971 58 148 3241 delivery company name TEAM EXPRESS how express is this now you know.NEVER THOUGHT SHARAF SHIPMENT COMPANY WILL SHOW SUCH IRRISPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR.I WILL UPDATE THIS ONLINE PORTAL EVERY DAY UNLESS MY COMPLAINT WILL NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY BY THE SHARAF DG MANAGEMENT AND THEY WILL NOT COMPANSATE ME FOR SUCH IRRISPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR SHIPMENT TEAM.
I have purchased iPhone 15 pro max from mirdiff city center and interacted with the sales executive Mr. Dewa who completely misguided and gave wrong information about the protection plan which i purchased along with the iPhone. so be careful guys when you buy products from Sharaf DG either from store/online... When i raised the complaint to Mr. Waseem the store supervisor at mirdiff city centre, he simply ignored my complaint.
