Product Misrepresentation:I had specifically requested a 55-inch Mini LED TV. However, the salesperson, incorrectly informed me that the Mini LED TV was not available in 55 inches and persuaded me to purchase a 65-inch model instead. Upon subsequent verification, I learned that this information was false.Warranty Misrepresentation:Before completing the purchase, I inquired about the warranty. The salesperson assured me that the TV came with a 1.5-year manufacturer warranty. However, upon confirming directly with Hisense, I was informed that the manufacturer warranty is only one year.
I would caution anyone from buying electronics from Sharaf Dg. Any device that may require follow up care. I have had absoatrocious experiences with their tech support both when my cell phone cracked and when my daughter's laptop suddenly would not turn on...for absolutely no reason. I think we were sold a faulty laptop. Regardless though, their tech support only reads from a script...don't seem to understand the tech itself. You keep getting the run around whenever you call. They had the laptop for over 3 weeks to change a screen. They don't even know how to.protect your data on the device. With my phone...they sold me a extra protection paln that was sponsored by sharaf and then refused to fix anything in house...wanted to send it to samsung for a cracked screen. They also wanted to keep the.phone for 15 working days. Most of us can't be without our device for that long. Especially when it.is.common knowledge that you can get a cracked screen fixed while you wait. Go-ahead and buy vacuum cleaners and microwaves from sharaf...but.steer clear of anything that.may require follow up support.
CAN NOT RECOMMEND TO BY FROM THEM, they do not honor theirs warranty promises.We bought a brand new laptop top of the range huwai, after 3 month the screen did not work and it would not switch on. Then when returning they customer survive manufactures some random loop hole in the warranty and want to charge us 1000 aed for repair………..Unbelievable …….
I ordered a refrigerator (Siemens iq300) a week ago on their online shop, and they haven't yet installed it. I've been calling their Customer Service every day and every time they tell me "it will be installed today, you will receive a call from the delivery team today". However, no one has ever called me back and the fridge is still not installed.Edit: “dear” Sharaf DG, really, I should contact your support? I’ve been talking with them every day! But do you even read what is written in the review?!?! You are so bad!
I have bought a JVC TV 40" from Sharaf DG and it does not fit in my built in enclosure. I contacted them the very next day to come and collect and 2 weeks later I am being ignored. Being an expat I would like to say their delivery service, wattsapp service, chat service and customer support is the WORST experience I have ever come across in the 16 years I have been in the UAE.
If I could give 0 stars for Sharaf DG delivery, I would!! The item was supposed to be delivered on 1st of December, we made countless follow up calls and the support center was so useless and unprofessional. 7 days later only standard answers and no solution. We had to insist to pick up the item ourselves, else they had no intention of delivering. Zero customer service, the reviews reflect this. Avoid at costs! Waste of time and money!
