If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ll never order from them again.My order was delayed by two days, and now on the day it’s finally supposed to arrive the courier simply gave one missed call and hung up without even trying to deliver. Completely unprofessional.
Worst service ever : Trust me they don't have any tracking system for your order :no delivery date -no time ........ once you are in any exchange or retune , they will keep you in loop for centuries : the customer support email they share does not have any idea about your order , the customer service you call-message don't know as well , the tracking id does not work . Khalasss: you are on your own . above all they dare to mention in email "shortly the order will be dispatched .wait for delivery guy call and pick up , if you will not receive your item will be discarded" since 4 days i am waiting for that call ,upon asking no one has any idea about your order. so keep checking and begging for your order from them , i wish i could attach the photos and represent their way of discussion , how they irritate you with the same repeated lines.
very poor in courier services, delaying to deliver already 3days late...courier only asking location then nothing happen afterwards,only from your side i encountered delivery at 12am of the night yet he didn't give my parcel due to OTP which i didn't know how to get it.
One a name guy umar saraf he is looting all of his customer money telling wrong price and making money there and telling about incorrect pomotions and taking extra money from that and after giving wrong information about accessories and took extra money from that after that telling he wil give 2 yrs wrannty on any product and after not recieving the money we will buy 16 pro and after he's making uss foolll that's one is not good
Dubai is not similar as it was in previous years. Along with development, there are several frauds going on in the market even with well-known brands, such as Sharaf DJ, openly defrauding tourists and the government also not taking any action on it. Now, Dubai is only remain good for sightseeing; if you are planning for shopping then you will be dealing with scammers. So be aware.
NEVER buy anything from them or buy their extended warranty!!! they will not honor it! it has been 8 days since I reported a problem with my washing machine and still they did not approve the repair request! I am calling them everyday, chatting on whatsapp and even visited their customer care in person with no use! they lied to me several times saying that the approval will be done the next day but I heard that 5 times already and the approval never got through!! they just keep repeating to me that their SLA is 15 working days!!! horrible SLA if your refrigerator, air conditioner or washing machine do not work!!
