I try to return an item because information on their website is not matching the product. I initiated return and they told me they will contact me in 48h. Now its 5 days. When I try to reach them by their app's chat, mobile or email. I do not receive any return only incosistent questions or information.
They deserve big zero for their services and products. I bought an apple watch from them and it appeared to be a demo watch that is not supposed to be sold. Now I can't connect the watch to my I phone as it is already connected to a demo account. I tried tens of times calling the customer services, but always the same answer " we will request a call back from Dubai mall branch" they of course never call. I ended up raising a formal complaint to the authorities in Dubai. My advice is never buy anything from Sharaf DG, they never care about customer after sale.
Horrible after sales services, I had purchase a Rog Alley for my son a month ago, also have paid for additional warranty around AED 500.00.Within a month, of of the joysticks broke, I went to the service center located in the Abu Dhabi mall.The technician does not even have à knowledge of the device, finally said he will order a joystick from ASUS and it will take about a week and insisted me to keep the device with them, since my son came on vacation and need to play, I refused and bought back so he could play.After 10 days, they called me to bring the device, I went in the morning and the technician had asked me to come back at 7:00.I went as he advised, but surprised, he said the part was order is wrong and we have place one more order which will arrive within a week, I didn’t have any words to tell him, silently took the unusable device and came home.It’s been a 10 days and no one called me yet, nor they answer the call, visiting them is a big job for me as I need to travel a long distance.My son has to travel by next week and I don’t know what to do.Please, please, never ever buy any kind of electronics or gaming devices from them and make your children upset.You won’t be able to see their faces if anything goes wrong.
I have always been a loyal Samsung customer and a regular buyer from Sharaf DG, but my experience with the Samsung QA65Q70CAUXZN TV has been extremely disappointing. The TV failed twice in less than 18 months (screen went completely dark after 7 months, and again 8 months later after replacement). When I raised the issue, both Samsung support and Sharaf DG management dismissed me with the excuse that it was “out of warranty.” For a premium QLED TV, this is unacceptable — such products should last at least 5 years under normal use. After researching online, I discovered many other Samsung Q70 series customers reporting the same defect, meaning this is not an isolated case. Samsung’s and Sharaf DG’s refusal to take responsibility is shocking, and I feel customers deserve better protection. A brand of Samsung’s stature must stand behind its products instead of hiding behind warranty terms.Reply to Sharaf DG Support msg:Dear Support team I have been in a loop with you and Samsung and your branch manager for last 25 days, so you and your management already have my contacts. Hope you will be really able to recover this situation.
I purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 from Sharaf DG on August 11, 2025. At first, I was happy with the fast delivery the next day, but just after two days of use, I faced serious problems. The battery drained very quickly, and while downloading a game, the device suddenly showed a black screen even though it was fully charged.I immediately requested a return through the Sharaf DG website. After a few days, they collected the item for checking, and customer service later informed me that the device was “in good condition.” They even sent me a video, but in that video, it was clear the person struggled multiple times just to turn it on—which clearly proves the item is faulty.When I raised this issue, I was told that I was not eligible for a return or exchange according to their policy, which made me even more frustrated. Instead, I was advised to just check the item again when it was returned. But it has been three weeks now, and I still haven’t received the product back.This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had. The customer service was unhelpful, the process was very slow, and I felt completely ignored as a customer. I will never purchase anything from Sharaf DG again and do not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electronics or service.
I had a disappointing online experience. Two days after placing my order, I was informed of unexpected hidden charges exceeding 700 AED for my area. When I attempted to change the delivery area, I was surprised to find that my order had been canceled without my action. The customer care agent insisted that I had clicked the cancel button, despite my repeated confirmation that I did not.
very poor customer service, they took money for warrenty and never give the warranty for any products, so, I will not buy any further products from Sharap DG in my life. I was suppose to buy one 83" TV by AED 23,999/-, but I will not buy anymore from Sharap DG. I have contacted them via the WhatsApp number, but this is a BOT number, no human response. The service is not as standard as UAE service.
