If I can give a -100 stars I will!I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received.I submitted a cancellation request on August 5th, and was informed that it would be confirmed within 24–48 hours. However, it is now well past that timeframe and nothing has been done. I just spoke with a customer service representative who told me it still hasn’t been processed.This delay is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of follow-through on your part. I expect immediate confirmation of my cancellation and a clear explanation for the delay.
One of the most unprofessional and disorganized customer experiences I’ve ever had.I visited Sharaf DG to purchase an air purifier and was assured by the in-store staff that it would be delivered the next day, with urgent delivery specifically requested on my behalf. That promise was the only reason I moved forward with the purchase.The next day came, and the chaos began. The tracking link they provided was useless. I couldn’t track the order, and when I called customer service, they vaguely told me it would arrive between 5–10 PM. I followed up during that window and was told they had no idea where my order was. When I asked for the delivery driver’s number to get clarity, they refused to give it and claimed they had raised an urgent request instead.That request? Never submitted. I was promised a call back within a few hours. No one called. I followed up again myself, only to find out no request had been logged at all. They gave me the same scripted promise of a call back in one hour. Nothing. It’s a complete mess, no ownership, no transparency, no accountability. The front-line staff are uninformed and clearly not empowered to solve anything. They waste your time and give you the runaround.This experience made it absolutely clear: I can’t trust Sharaf DG, and I don’t intend to shop with them again.If you value your time, peace of mind, and basic customer respect, look elsewhere.
Disappointed – Unsealed Laptop and Slow ResponseOrdered a new laptop, but it arrived completely unsealed—both the delivery and product boxes. This wasn’t sold as open-box, and it’s not what I paid for.I reported the issue right away with photos and videos, but the response has been slow and lacking urgency, despite explaining that I need the laptop for important upcoming work commitments.This experience has caused unnecessary stress and disruption. Worst customer service, I bought accessories from Dubai hills mall sharaf dg last week and there is no delivery til now, when I call customer service they say we sent email and team will call you. No one called in last 4 days ..... yesterday someone called and dessapered with no information. I am still clueless about my delivery which supposed to be last Monday.i recommend not to buy online from sharaf as it's difficult to trace the delivery

I’ll never buy from them again.I bought a laptop on 3june but it was faulty they collect it and gave me lollipop on the name of service center, and than I received it on 29 th june but again same issue,they told me we’ll try to fix it again and than on 16th july they returned to me with the statement of No Issue found But the trouble which I was facing in the laptop is still the same and the staff is constantly insisting on their blind policy that its not now in refund or replace days so we cannot accommodate you.Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior,because first time when i visit after buying those days was in the 7days limit but they misguided me and waste all days on the name of service center.Hopefully ll never try to buy anything from shar DG again.Now for me this laptop is completely usless.
I purchased a TV from Sharaf DG just two days ago. Once it was delivered to our home, we immediately realised it was far too big for the room. When the installation team arrived, we informed them that we would prefer to return the TV. They reassured us that since we still had the box, we could return it within 7 days—even if they proceeded with the installation. Trusting their word, we allowed the installation.The very next day, I called the call centre to initiate the return. The first representative I spoke to (name withheld for now) confirmed that a return was possible but would involve a 15% restocking fee. While I wasn’t thrilled about the fee, I was relieved that a return was still an option.However, when I called again the next day to confirm and proceed with the return, another representative (again, name withheld) told me that a return was not possible at all because the product had been installed.This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I feel cheated by the lack of clarity and the conflicting information provided by their own staff. A simple return request within 7 days—when the product is in perfect condition and the original box is preserved—should not be this complicated.This experience has been a complete waste of time and money, and I expected much better from a brand like Sharaf DG.
I bought a Samsung Refrigerator on the 12th of July. A faulty Refrigerator was delivered. The delivery DG Sharaf guys came checked confirmed the peice was faulty it was tripping the rest of the household appliances and causing short circuits. Then the Samsung Expert comes to check and sees the same thing happen. Writes some report and takes off. It's been 5 days now and I have not yet received a working Samsung Refrigerator. Bad Service 👎 and Samsung People Your Service And So Called Experts Really must know how to deal with your Customers. 5 Days Have past without a Refrigerator.
Though I had emphasized that I am a tourist and I have early morning flight delivery was delayed to late night by 11:30 - 12:00. I tried contacting customer service by phone and the experience was bad. Something I can say positive is the response thru WhatsApp but the replies are only after 2-3 minutes.I never suggest Sharaf DG delivery especially in UAE for anyone.
