What a joke. Their routing is abysmal. They pick up the food 5 blocks from my house and go miles in the other direction first before doubling back and delivering my order. It arrived ice cold and 30 minutes late. Their customer service is a big fat zero. NEVER AGAIN

Another unacceptable experience. Order #DD630 was cancelled within a few minutes on Jan 11, 2026 (4:26 PM) in Sunnyvale, CA, yet the driver still retained the items. The BevMo manager confirmed the order was cancelled and said they were waiting for the driver to return the merchandise. I later learned the driver never returned the items. This is a faulty practice where the customer gets penalized for internal failures.

Despite the cancellation, I was charged $134.45, which is about $17 more than the original order amount. This isn’t just frustrating — it’s a serious accountability breakdown between the platform, the driver, and the store.

After repeated incidents, I’m done using this service. I’ve switched to DoorDash and have had a much better experience.

I have disputed the charge and am hoping to receive a full refund.

Ordered from McDonald’s . Food was stone cold when delivered , so spoke to Uber help who just said because it was delivered in the hour time slot nothing they can do . That McDonald’s is a few minute cycle from my house , how can it go that cold in that space of time … it was obviously sat at McDonald’s for ages before a driver picked it up . So the food can be sat around for 20 mins but because the driver has delivered it within the hour it doesn’t matter if it’s cold 🤦🏻‍♂️

I will never use Uber eats again.

Poor service in the city.

Disappointing experience in the city. It's clear that drivers are not compensated adequately. Orders take over 1.5 hours to be completed because of a lack of available couriers. I will be uninstalling the app and hope others consider boycotting the service as well.

My order arrived well after the latest confirmed delivery time, leaving me waiting for an hour and a half. The food was cold upon arrival! The support team only provided automated responses and did not address my straightforward inquiries. Despite the clear service failure, I received only a partial refund. Food delivered in poor condition, no accountability from support

The food was delivered with damaged packaging resulting in a spill. When I requested the driver to return it, he claimed it was the restaurant's fault for improper packaging, so he wouldn't take it back. I reached out to customer service, but they stated there was no significant error from the restaurant, thus no refund would be issued. This indicates a lack of accountability. What if the food was tampered with during delivery? Where does the responsibility lie?

Terrible experience! Unreliable service and poor support.

Terrible experience! The estimated time of arrival is extremely unreliable. Some delivery personnel have taken my food. The customer support is very lacking, and it’s quite challenging to reach an agent due to the ineffective chatbot that just leads to nowhere. I was on a subscription plan but have now canceled and will be opting for another service instead.
