Awful experience just trying to order a simple meal from McDonald's. They changed the address to somewhere else despite me selecting my home address. I followed the instructions and contacted the driver, who just told me cancel and reorder, then he rejected the order, same with the 2nd assigned driver. I tried to cancel and got charger 90% of what the order cost for some bizarre reason. I then contacted support who just ended the chat for absolutely no reason at all. Finally get through to someone else and they offer a full refund which will take place in over 2 weeks. Absolutely horrific customer service and app which makes it so difficult just to try and correct their own mistakes. Avoid and go collect yourself........saving time and money!!!

Edit: So just to further compound how awful this company is, I tried ti order again after being told i would get a refund, so the price came to the same price as the previous order, only they added a further charge on once I'd pressed order. Disgusting company. I have now deleted my account and won't ever use this company again!

and they the tried to refund bank. chatted with my bank,the bank and said " nope we don't hold anything nor have they tried, they sure were able to take the money though:.
when asked, they blame the bank.
don't get me Started on the delivery driver waking up my whole family after I asked them to stop

Waited nearly two hours for food which was freezing cold, and just to make sure Uber eats really screws up, they charge me twice for the privilege!!! Not only that, in order to contact them regarding this, you are forced to download their app!!

Appalling customer service, freezing food, double charged NEVER AGAIN!!!

Let me tell you whats utterly wrong with your company when it comes to your employees. Your employees don't give an utter care in the world about any delivery they take, whether it be soaked, destroyed, half eaten or drunk, they bring it in the most diabolical state anyone's ever seen and whenever someone tries to get help for it, you go; "Sorry, thats the restaurants problem" and shove the issue off into our faces. Your are without a shadow of a doubt such a careless bunch of human waste and need to improve DRASTICALLY. You need to start caring about your customers more, start cracking down on your USELESS DRIVERS/DELIVERERS and actually provide an amazing service. Your competitors aren't nearly close to as bad as your company is if you keep the deliverers you have currently, the ones who do not care about anyone but themselves.

They promise discount at the cashier and then they charge the entire sum.
Even if you cancel right afzer placing the order. You get charged the ENTIRE sum.

Ordered early morning selected what I wanted, scheduled for delivery mid afternoon. Get a call from the restaurant they are sold out of everything I ordered asked them to cancel and they instructed I do through the app. Doing so I was fully charged for the order with absolutely nothing to show for it. They didn’t have what I ordered and I didn’t want anything else. So frustrating the worst customer service ever. I will be calling the bank for a charge back this is ridiculous

My Delivery was way below what is expected of even a basic delivery service of hot food. It was left on top of the back garden wall. No phone call to let us know it had been delivered and did not wait to be given the delivery PIN.
We will not be using Uber again and will not recommend you to anyone either.

Rediculous that the food was 2 hours late. Then the driver sent a black picture, saying food was delivered but no food! This is FRAUD deluxe and the lack of action from Uber eats supports this type of behavior! Buyers beware, you are taking a risk with these people.

This driver said he would bring my order to me which was from Target.. lied then support just blew me off---could have just corrected it.. hell could have had a fee applied if they could prove I did something wrong... so Poor customer service and it was My 1st time using service and will my last... just felt like they stole my money and gave my order to some random house
