Tried to order food at 4:15pm said food would be here between 5:30and 6pm at almost seven when two different drivers went to the store sat there then left without my food I contacted support 2 different times then finally was told that store was not even open!!! So your listing closed stores and letting people wait for stuff that's never coming??? I remember now why I stopped using Uber eats

Drivers cancelling one after the other.
It would even seem that Uber is sending drivers to the restaurants too early, long before the food is even ready.
The deals on offer from UberOne are often worse or comparable to normal users as well. The subscription offers no real benefit.
Further to this its a complete headache to get to a member of the customer support team. When I eventually did get through to a member in most most recent experience there was no response at all so whoever is there is asleep at the keyboard.
Do yourself a favour and use Deliveroo instead. Always have a better experience with them.

When I ordered something from Uber eats, I was shown a lower price before placing the order(around $8.77) This was my first order on Uber Eats so I got $20 off, but after the order was placed, the total amount that was deducted was higher (around $28.77).
Why was I shown the lower price initially? I would not have placed the order if the higher price would have been shown before placing the order. This is not fair. This is very similar to a scam - placing the order(around $8.77) but after the order was placed, the total amount that was deducted was higher (around $28.77). And then when I called the customer care for help, they simply replied with an email mentioning something like you are not eligible for the promotion along with a tag "no response needed" -meaning from my end and didn't address the issue properly and promptly.
Please beware of these type of issues while placing your order on Uber eats.

Two drivers cancelled my order. Then clearly mcdonald's left it there after being made. Turned up cold and disgusting. Then I went to support and they was useless! Uber eats are the worsed i am never using them again. Stay clear everyone! They are useless.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! worst service ever. You can not speak to a real person or have any issues corrected. They take orders for restaurants that are closed permanantly and let you sit and wait for your food and take your money. Then tje robot says the same nonsemse rscycled blaming the restauramg and npt solvong the issue and teyong to charge for cancelling. Save yourself the stress and just avoid these.

Do not order from this company. The driver stole my food from Mitchell's Ocean Club. They picked it up from the restaurant then cancelled my order an hour later. Uber customer service is not answering the phone. Very bad experience plus the drivers are habitually late.

Absolutely vile customer service, I've had 5 attempted transactions on my account, every time you chat with customer service they just deflect every question, I've had to get a new bank card, doesnt work, new card details are automatically updated, tried cutting them off from my banks end still no luck, tried deleting my uber account, takes 30 days, yet within the first week I've had more attempts on my account..

Avoid like the plague

I ordered for the first time from here. Not only do they send the completely wrong order (not remotely close) but when I spoke to the deliverer he said there was nothing he could do. I waited 20minutes for them to answer my phone and once they did their only suggestion was for me to come over and pick it up myself. Would not recommend!

Couldn’t give it less than 1 star or I would have! Ordered my food and driver said he was there to pick it up then was on his way well his car didn’t move for over 30 mins and showed him in route and I asked him what’s up and he said still waiting and then canceled it! So he took my food and ran cuz I went to the store myself to grab my order myself since uber is incapable of completing an order for once and they told me driver took it! Never using these services again and will never refer anyone and I will tell everyone I see to not use this pos service!!!

I made 2 order today! In one order I was charged for all the groceries and didn't get 50% of what I ordered and my second order hasn't been delivered yet. It's been 2hrs and it was supposed to be delivered 1hr and 30mins back. I am raised a complaint and a refund. No response at all.
