Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Transaction and Support Team Behavior

I am submitting a formal complaint about a recent transaction and the unacceptable conduct of the support team. Upon noticing an error in my order, I tried to rectify it right away, but the app intentionally hides the cancellation/edit option. Additionally, when I contacted support, I encountered abusive language and a total refusal to assist. As a consumer in Germany, I have a clear right of withdrawal and expect a transparent user interface. Concealing cancellation options violates consumer protection laws. I insist on an immediate resolution to this matter. If it remains unresolved, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Protection Agency and consider deleting my account.

Delivery was far from timely and frustrating

The order took much longer than expected. When the app indicated the driver was nearby, I waited and waited, but they never arrived. Suddenly, my order was marked as "delivered" with a photo of a bag in front of a door that wasn't even the correct building. After searching for the "right front door" for 20 minutes, I found nothing. I reached out to the support team, but their policy claimed it was left in a "secure location," which it clearly wasn't, implying it was delivered. Unfortunately, I received neither a refund nor my food. This experience was very disappointing.

Account Locked and No Support Available

The service locked my daughter's account without justification and took a $100 gift card she received. Their support agents disconnected the call multiple times because they couldn't resolve the issue. There seems to be no assistance for customers. They can simply lock accounts and take your funds. I will not order from them again, and I am prepared to take legal action to recover her money. A group of wealthy thieves.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

I would rate them lower if possible. Complete amateurs, I waited hours for my food and had no option to cancel. There was also no way to reach out to customer support... which clearly indicates they are taking advantage of their customers! If a business can't communicate with its clients, it has no right to operate.

Appetizer sauce selection was not honored.

The order required a choice between marinara sauce or Ricardo sauce for the appetizer, and we selected Ricardo sauce while opting out of marinara. However, the order arrived without either sauce.

Safety Concerns with the Service Need Immediate Attention

The service could greatly enhance customer safety. As a woman living alone, I faced sexual harassment from a driver. The company acknowledged this unacceptable behavior after my conversation was recorded. Unfortunately, the driver continued to harass me for days, forcing me to involve law enforcement. This experience has left me fearful in my own home. A refund for my order does not provide the peace of mind I need while I am away. This situation is intolerable, and the company must take responsibility! It also occurred again with the same driver on December 13th, 2025.

Repeatedly disappointing experience.

Repeatedly disappointing experience. I have been using this service for more than four years and can confidently say that, more than 90% of the time, I receive a message stating "your order has been delayed ... delays are rare". This is the biggest misconception in the industry; anticipate delays, be prepared for cold food, and wish that your drink is packaged correctly (i.e., bagged and not loose), because if it isn't, you might not receive it.

We ordered ice cream from Dairy queen about a month ago. I was watching the gps tracker on my phone and a few minutes later it says its been delivered. My security cameras didn't go off, but I went and checked the porch anyway. Nothing there. I reached out to the driver and he said he delivered it. I told him I didn't receive it and he didn't believe me. I tried my best over the next hour to get a hold of uber and the app was the only option. I asked for a refund and they said sorry it's been delivered.. EVEN THOUGH THE PICTURE OF THE DELIVERY WASN'T MY HOUSE!!!. I didn't ever get a refund. I deleted uber and IMO all of you should too or read the reviews before using them!

Frustrating experience with missing items

I am still facing issues with missing items from my order. The representatives they have working overseas are not helpful. They declined to refund my money or provide the missing items. I strongly advise against ordering from them; it feels like a scam!

UNHAPPY WITH THE BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE

I couldn't have been more disappointed with my birthday gift. I ordered food from a delivery service, and over an hour later, there was still no update. When I called the store, they informed me that they didn't have my order and suggested I coordinate with the delivery service. Unfortunately, the delivery service was unhelpful and wouldn't connect me. I've never encountered such poor customer service. It's a shame that this situation ruined my birthday and left me hungry.
