Khaadi does even deserve a 1, it should be in the minuses. The customer service is awful, staff in the stores are never happy, always grumpy. Place an order online, and they provided a gift card as the order was returned late. Which is fine. But the credit note is for 14 days. Hello this is my money to spend at your store, therefore, you should not have a time limit on the money I spent, as it is my money, therefore, I should be able to use it as and when I please. This store in the UK, not India or Pakistan. Theft is not allowed here.
I recently had an issue with my order, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional customer service provided by Khaadi. Shamima compassionate handling of my request, particularly in processing a refund, has left me thoroughly satisfied. I will come to buy again for Shamima. She gave us lovely service
So disappointed and unhappy with the sizes I received. This was the second time I ordered online from Khaadi. They delayed my delivery even though I had paid for the postage. When finally receiving the order, the sizes were too big and when I contacted customer service, they said to refer to the size guide - although it does not make any sense. Two of my Kurtas were good size but two of them were too big with not much different on the size guide. Wasn’t even offered to exchange or refund these. Getting these kurtas fitted will now cost double or triple the cost of what they were. Don’t trust the tags and size guide at all. Won’t be ordering again.
The company with the sh*ttest customer services. We ordered 5 items. One was missing because DPD resealed the package "carefully". Despite giving all the evidence, they refused to provide a refund.Bloody dishonest company. Raising a complaint with the bank now for a refund.
Very dishonest company they should learn from the English companies how to run a business.Every time I have ordered I have received one item less but they have charged me for it . It is difficult to get a refund.When you log on to your account history there is no record of the items you have bought.If they carry on like this no one is going to buy from them .

Khaadi online UK. Their work ethics are poor, with dishonesty being at the top of their agenda. I’ve ordered many times with them and when I return more than one item, nearly always they credit one item less. Now, either these items are being stolen by their employees or they’re teaching their employees to scam their customers. This has happened to me 4 times! On another occasion I ordered a top and trousers in my usual size but the top was extremely fitted. In my package was a returning label which offered an exchange option. I filled this in to exchange for the bigger size. I waited but didn’t receive my exchange, I rang and spoke to an operator in pakistan. He advised me as per their policy online they don’t do exchanges, but why send out a form that allows customers to think they can exchange? The operator kept repeating the same thing, until I gave up. I could no longer return the trousers either as I had past the 7 day returns deadline. I am able to provide all order numbers, and prove this is a genuine review.
