Don't even deserve 0 star. As in line with many other negative reviews, i have also been scammed by khaadi too. I ended up placing duplicate order due a so called "technical glitch" on thier end, which they insisted could not be cancelled and gave me an option to either refuse the delivery or send the whole order back using the returns label. Luckily, i read these reviews before deciding which option to use ( i wish i had read reviews before purchasing). Due to many people being scammed with returns etc, i decided to refuse delivery. It has been a nightmare since. they are pretending that they have refunded but the money is nowhere to be seen in my account. Delivery was refused on 24/01/2024 and i still am chasing my refund. they keep lying that they issued the refund on 2/02/2024. i am having to go through my bank to recover my money. absolute scam. i will not recommend on the basis of my experience. 19/04/2024. Thank you for reply today, but issue has not been resolved. My refund is still not in my account and it's been over 2 months. I have opened dispute through the bank.
I've never had any issues ordering online from the Pakistan site. However, the new Birmingham Bullring shop has appalling customer service. The staff just hang around in groups chatting instead of serving customers, meaning many of us just leave without purchasing items we wanted as the unnecessary waiting around is ridiculous. The staff need basic customer service training asap! Disappointing as the old Khaadi store in Birmingham had great staff and customer service.
Placed order on 14 Dec and they emailed to say I will receive on 16 Dec. Today it is 21 Dec and still no sign of parcel. I have emailed and rang them and they keep on saying you will receive order within next 24 to 48hrs. They have created the order number and taken money from my account but I just get the feeling they have not dispatched the order. Very poor customer service. Bad experience.
I am giving two star, just depending on the previous experiences i had. But unfortunately my last 5 visit was very disappointing. They don't have the collections in store,the trial room was being used as dumping ground of the products. What a trick!!because they have the rule that you can not refund the sale item, you can only exchange it. So letting people NOT to use the trial room is a nasty trick from their side. And let me talk about the sales person, if you want to ruin your good mood and can tolerate eye rolling, then this is the place for you. Oh, don't ask for any assistance, the answer will be NO. I'm giving it one star for the price of the sale items. However quality of products is lacking and I can't imagine paying original prices for some of the poor quality fabrics they have. Also not dishing out any other stars as the refund time is ridiculous! Makes me wonder what they're actually doing with our cash before it's refunded..
Wish I could able to give zero star!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP ! Extremely rude staff unprofessional and disrespectful.. making it more worst the Qwality of cloth is so pathetic.. cloths I bought ruined in 1 wash .. Apart of Indian name KHADI EVERYTHING IN SHOP IS AMAZINGLY BAD !!
I placed two orders; one last Friday and the other on Saturday, totalling 12 items-I often buy in the shops in Manchester and Bradford but this was my first online order. After placing the orders, I happened to come across their reviews on here and had a complete panic; I contacted them on Monday and spoke to a lovely chap who reassured me that, although they are very busy as it’s sale season, I will get my items before the end of the week. All the items arrived today-Wednesday. They used DPD which is usually better than Evri. They do give you a delivery date of about 3 days but I think their online system can’t understand weekends - So I was given a delivery date of Sunday and Monday but they do say on their website that they don’t deliver at the weekend. All items are the exact sizes I ordered and in mint condition. I’m really pleased it all worked out. I did some digging around their returns policy for all those who might have issues - you can just take any online item back to their shops for a replacement (if they have them in stock) or to swap for an alternative item, which might save you the hassle of an online return, if you’re fortunate enough to live close to a city that has one of their shops. All in all, I’m really pleased it been efficient and I’m likely to shop with them online again as I found it hassle free. All the clothes were of lovely fabrics and quality, and, as it’s sale season, definitely worth the price.
