What always goes wrong? Lack of staff and therefore lack of customer service. Service at the till is always so slow and I have walked out many times. I order online because I think it's easier...but it takes so long to receive it and the only update or progress you'll make is if you pester customer service!! My order wasn't processed until 5, days later despite paying postage and packaging!! Went to the Stratford branch and explained what had happened, staff refused to go into the stockroom and open the box with the items in it...while their store remained basically empty of stock. Missed out on a sale and still missing out because you're not putting stock out. Really need to sort it out Khaadi, you're in dire need of a big change.
I ordered and confirmation email received. That's end. No further action taken. Its been a week, whenever I track my order it shows "in warehouse". Looks like they don't want send it. I tried to contact but no uk contact number given. I tried to chat with chatbot but that's also useless. Khadi is being trash now. 👎👎👎 not gonna buy again.
Amazing experience! Always loved Khaadi's stuff. Very colourful elegant and easy to wear for everyday london heat. Customer service member named Ali was very helpful. Helped me decide the right size and colour that I wanted for myself. He handled my indecisiveness very professional. Thanks to him and Khaadi!
Purchased clothes they said the address was incorrect yet they tried to deliver three times.(only they no who they were delivering to lol) after continuously contacting them asking where my items were that I ordered I get told they have returned back to the warehouse and I’ll get a refund in 14 days and today is been over one month yet no communication no one to contact other than a chat system where you can’t get a straight answer because everybody is a Yardie the customer service is worse than a third world country do not order unless you want to have your money stolen and no items delivered
Very unhappy with khaddi customer service, they just wasted my time for a whole week of sending emails back and forward, asking for pic and measurements, when they had no intention of sorting anything out except waste my time, no wonder they have a bad review,
I've ordered clothes from Khaadi and after ONE wear the beading has come loose and fallen off. I've contacted Khaadi customer service via email, the webchat and Instagram only to be told there is nothing they can do. The items I received are not fit for use and poor quality. Their own terms and conditions state I am entitled to a refund, however they refuse. Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. Have been a loyal customer of many years and will never shop with Khaadi again.
Worst experience ever with any online/physical retailer ever in the UK. The staff wasn't willing to see if the sizes are available instore. So, we had to order it online. There were four items in total. They only delivered three. When I spoke to them they denied the fact that they only sent 3 items and guess what? I had to lose £30
