Avoid – Poor Service, Delayed Order, and Unhelpful Customer SupportI had an extremely disappointing experience with Khaadi’s online store. I placed an order that was not delivered within a reasonable time, and when I reached out to their **live chat support**, I was met with **rude and dismissive behavior**. I requested to cancel the order since the items were no longer needed, but the agent refused and immediately processed the order despite my clear request.To make matters worse, after this unhelpful exchange, I was blocked from further messaging them on live chat! Imagine if all consumers were treated this way — it would make for an incredibly difficult and frustrating world to shop in. Blocking customers instead of resolving issues is a clear sign of poor customer care and utter disregard for customer satisfaction.This was my first time ordering from Khaadi, and it will definitely be my last. The lack of professionalism and customer service has made me lose trust in the brand. I strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order, as they clearly do not value their customers or provide any meaningful support.
Extremely poor service. Unprofessional staff with no no respect for customers. Lengthy waiting times & the store was a mess. Management can take the blame for having only 2 members of staff available during Eid week & sale time. Extremely unpleasant shopping experience.
I received the incorrect item and the only way to contact them is via email. I have already emailed them, attaching photographs of what I received. However, they have denied sending the wrong item, and it appears they haven't even reviewed the attached photos. I have since replied, urging them to carefully examine the images. Despite this, I have yet to receive a response. I ordered this specifically for Eid, and I am now concerned I won't receive the correct items in time. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating."
I went into khaadi served by a amazing lady riana she is well severed woman she helped me out with all my outfits she’s very ambitious and has the talent to all clothing I was very happy with my experience in khaadi I would rate it 10/10 I would go again
I went to khaadi the customer service was really good 10/10 and riana kouser is a very hard working ambitious and a very polie lady she does her job nicely and I had very good experience with her she knows what outfit to suggest a person what will suit a person gets a person organised quickly overall my experience was 10/10
