My experience with this store was very appalling the girl at the counter short hair she has no experience of customer service and does not know how to deal with customers? I think she is under experienced and was taking too long to deal with customer issues. The Manager was not helpful at all. There was an indian guy who was in the shop while I was at the till to be served the girl was taking too long and making customers wait. I had to check size and price again and she decided to serve customer while I told her to wait so I can check the price again on the item. The Indian guy who was at the customer counter with his wife became very extremely aggressive and had abusive behaviour towards me because he did not want to wait and I asked his wife that I was being served and you jumped in without me knowing. Very disgusting behaviour this indian guy don't know how to respect women in public. If you receive this kind of behaviour please report to the Westfield Stratford Mall customer service department. I realised there is only one lady at the till and she is always taking too long and the Asian customers are becoming very aggressive to wait in the queues for too long.Overall I would not recommend to shop here as there customer service is very bad. Also the Refund policies are not good you have 2 weeks to return item and sale items 1 week only exchange policy. There priority is not to refund customers money back and prefer to do exchange in return.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with KhaadiI had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with the brand Khaadi, and I feel compelled to share it. Initially, they sent me the incorrect item which additionally had visible marks caused by glue used to stick something to the suit. This was unacceptable right out of the box.When I reached out to their customer service, not only did they fail to exchange the damaged item with the correct one, but they also refused to issue a refund! Despite making multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they outright refused to acknowledge their responsibility, leaving me stuck with a defective, incorrect item that they did not return or offer a refund.It is completely their fault, yet they have made no effort to correct it. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is inexcusable.I have already contacted consumer protection authorities and reported their wrongdoing. I will never shop with Khaadi again and will advise others to avoid them as well. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal where I am at a loss through no fault of my own.Do better, Khaadi.

Poor service

Went to this store one time and wanted a dress off the mannequin because there was only one left, the Khaadi employee refused to do so. I asked if she could check stock but she said: no, everything is out on the shelves. I later found out it wasn't and left empty handed. Also the clothes have gotten worse over the years and I no longer go there. Very lazy and unprofessional staff.

Does not deserve any star.Lack of customer service.Management is non existence and not willing to engage with customers.Dirty changing rooms with poor lighting.Some of the staff are complacent, rude and have no customer care aptitude.Quality of materials has deteriorated.Low stockRefund policy is - don't bother, because they make it very difficult to return stuff.Needs new management.Needs staff training.

I am a regular customer of Khaadi,Stratford UK. I like there most of the collections. There customer service was good. But my recent experience was different. After moving to a big floor their quality of customer service ìs markedly decreased. I was looking for a size of a particular dress but no one was there to help me. I found only one girl named Shamima (she is very helpful and friendly with customer as always) but that time she was busy serving other customers in the till, so she couldn't help me on that moment. I was surprised to see only one staff in this whole floor to help the customer. It was shame that I had to leave the shop without buying any thing because of poor customer service.

Rubbish customer service I get wrong order instead of kurti both pants even if u buy cloths for more then £80 u hv to pay for delivery which is £4 and u cannot return the item to store which is insanely stupid big name with rubbish service big shame

Rubbish customer services not once but…

Rubbish customer services not once but several times. Items missing from order without being notified then had to place new order which means paying another £4 delivery charge for the same missing item. They're unwilling to reimburse and have always had similar issues in the past with then where they're not willing to accept responsibility for anything they do wrong
