Customer service is nonexistent, items missing but they have no option to tell them items are missing, the chat takes you to the return section but I have nothing to return as items missing!!! I guess only way to get a refund is by doing a chargeback!
I ordered from factory outlet khadi , which is fake site from Facebook and I didn't know about it .They delivered me the local unbranded cheap dresses while I ordered stitched and unstitched dresses..so I complaint on the number and on Gmail , no one reply me . Then I go to their outlet , they said me this is not their website and nor items . When I show them the website on facebook , which is same to official website . He replied me this is fake so how can I difference in original and fake website of khaadi , that is totally same . So be aware guys about this scam . Official khaadi have to banned these fake sites so we can order freely

I'm still waiting for a response for a refund for an order I placed on March 2025 which was never sent. The DPD tracking number provided is a complete bogus. I have emailed them several times and all they say is that they have forwarded my concern to escalation team for review which I believe is a complete lie. The escalation team probably doesn't exist. It is now 31st May, my order was never sent. Typical Pakistani business, full of lies and deceit just like their government. Will never buy from Khaadi again.
The worst customer service for online returns I have ever experienced.I have been trying to log into the returns portal for 5 days and have had no luck after contacting customer service via chat, email and Instagram I still have not had a returns label sent to me. I have over £100 worth of stock to return and Im going to run out of time. I think they do this on purpose so that they don't have to refund you the money!!I have no idea what to do :(
