The underwear itself is great, but the customer service is terrible. I sent two emails with no response, then had to message them on WhatsApp and Instagram just to get a short reply. After that, they stopped responding again and my issue still wasn’t solved. Very frustrating experience.
I bought from unndr as a Christmas gift for my wife but ordered s the wrong size. I contacted them to rectify and they were able to offer me an exchange to an alternative product as the one I bought wasn't available in the size I needed. Their customer service was very helpful and professional and I will buy from them again:)
I have been a customer of Unndr now for a while, and I am yet to be disappointed in any way. I have had numerous interactions with their customer services team, and every time, it has been exceptional. I couldn't be happier, with the treatment, the response times, the way they have handled business, and in general, how they have kept me a loyal customer, and will continue to do so.
So helpful when I had to email them about my parcel being delivered to the front of my house and subsequently stolen. So kind, professional, and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them and super quick to get back to me. Fab customer service!
I can not recommend enough! I had a problem with how i washed my set and when i contacted unndr they replied so fast and sent me out a new set, i bought the original set 2-3 months ago! If thats not amazing customer service i dont know what is. Thank you so much unndr i will forever be buying from you guys!!
Absolutely LOVE the monthly subscription, all sets have been stunning and the packaging always feels special, literally highlight of my month!! Also customer service is perfect, super friendly and helpful as if you’re speaking to a friend (Thank you Jessie!!)
