Despite it being the holiday season they still replied super quickly to my email and helped me see where my order is in the shipping process! While the shipping might take a while it is definitely not their fault and the lingerie I have received in the past is super comfortable and worth the wait!
I cannot praise this company enough for sorting out an issue I had with delivery that the company was not responsible for. I did not receive the items ordered but they are re sending my order along with 2 additional gifts. I have never had an issue with orders in the past so this is the first time I have had to try and sort out an issue. They have dealt with it professionally and, in my opinion, gone above and beyond what was required of them.
I had a query regarding my subscription and payment date and they managed to clear it all up for me within 30 mins! And… without making me feel silly or belittled. This is why I love this little business as they really do take care of their customers and want everyone to have the best experience. :)
I ordered the wrong size bra and was pretty much instantly taken care of by the lovely Jessie and sorted out with the right size sent to me.Perfect customer service in my book!Also the underwear that arrived was well wrapped and good quality, a bargain.
I am more than impressed with how Unndr have handled a technical glitch meaning my order wasn’t quite right! They’ve gone above and beyond to handle the problem. I will 100% buy from them again due to how lovely their customer service is! The underwear is also good quality for the price!!
I love this subscription! The sets are sooo nice and they also fit so well, which I have never had before with bras. I am quite small and typically just wear little bralettes, It's an absolute treat so have a surprise set which fits perfectly and looks fab arrive in a cute little box each month! I was confused with the payment/shipping dates at first as it seemed like I paid and then had to wait a long time to receive a set, but the team who responded to my emails querying this have been lovely and have answered all my queries. I highly recommend this subscription xxxx
