I had to ring customer service on Thursday cause I wanted to leave instructions of where to leave my parcel was dealing with a friendly person who was very helpful and passed on my instructions bit later I got phone call from depot in Athlone from Carmel Martin telling me that the instructions were passed on to them later I got e-mailed telling me how much then I got another phone call from Carmel telling me it was payed she then gave me his email address so that I could say that I gave the instructions she was very helpful
I sent a parcel to Germany from Waterford on Wed afternoon and got a text from Stephen in UPS on Thurs morning that the delivery had been made…it had indeed been delivered. Excellent service…a very pleasant and easy experience. Will be using UPS from now on.

Worst delivery company in Ireland!!!I paid for express delivery to my home address, I got an email that the package was delivered but there was no package. When I called the office it turned out that the driver delivered the package but to the collection point and not to my address. Someone was supposed to contact me within an hour, but nothing like that has happened so far and the package is still not there. Run away from this company!!!!!
Terrible experience all in all.I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with UPS. My package arrived late despite paying for expedited shipping, and when it finally did, the item was damaged. Customer service was awful and slow to respond, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. This is not the level of service I expected, and I am hesitant to use UPS again in the future. Overall a woeful and abysmal company.
