1 star only because I can't give 0 !!!

I gave 1 star only because I can not give 0. UPS lost my package. Every time I called them I was getting different info about my parcel.UPS refused to open an investigation, instead they sent me a link and I had to provide them again with all information they already had.I filled up all required details but I couldn't submit my claim. I've got an information: "Unfortunately, we need more information (...) Please contact us at"I called given number and it was not recognized!!!I will have to contact UPS again tomorrow. Looking forward to see what kind of BS they are going to tell me this time.

UPS are in the wrong business

Received tracking information to say my package was out for delivery today. Waited in half the day only to receive an email saying package had been delivered to a locker/mailbox, despite having provided full address and Eircode. Rang customer support who confirmed the package had been delivered to the mailbox but they couldn't provide me with a code to access it. They said they would inform their Irish contractor and get back to me with a code. An hour later the package was dropped on the doorstep from an unmarked van without any further communication. Glad to have my package but will never order online again from any supplier who uses UPS.

Deplorable service, stay away!!!

In short: Deplorable service. Item ordered on 8th of January, due to be delivered by 14th. Received an email notification on the 17th to say an attempted delivery was made but failed. Lies, no delivery van even passed the area! Rang customer services, again deplorable. Utterly useless and zero accountability, terrible company, terrible employees. Zero confidence in this "service".

Disgrace of a company

Disgrace of a company-they leave parcels outside my door which are not addressed to me at all, then send a “Credit Note” letter which seems to be a payment they are looking for, but they won’t answer the phone to discuss what this letter is ….consumer is not at the forefront of this company - to be avoided at all costs!!!

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, customer service, feedback and follow up. Ordered an item from abroad. It arrived at the sorting depot 1km from my house and 4km’s from where I requested delivery. They delivery date keeps being pushed forward every day and they cannot explain why. They only answer customer care calls if you select not to be recorded, or else you just wait forever with the call eventually being cut. I was told by the call agent that my package was due on a later date, and when i asked why, she just brushed me off with “ok sir, it will be delivered tomorrow “ just to get my off the phone.I then changed from delivery to pick up. I got the confirmation of change, so I went to the warehouse to collect, and it was not released yet. This has gone on for over a week. Really poor from a global company this size. Zero attempt to remedy the situation. I fly out tomorrow, so now the company I bought from will also suffer and I wont be here to accept, package will be returned and Ill get a refund. Pathetic.

UPS are obstructing consumer rights on purpose

Displaying fictitious information on tracking page saying a laptop was delivered on January 22nd with proof of delivery. I have not received the expensive laptop and they will not provide this proof of delivery as it does not exist. Their false declaration on this tracking page is preventing my consumer rights to get a refund for undelivered laptop. Their investigation team is disastrous and unhelpful and I hold them fully responsible for my terrible experience.I believe they are scamming me with the laptop company at this stage as both of them are constantly fobbing me off. It was supposed to be delivered 22nd January, it is now March 3rd and UPS are still preventing the course of justice. I will have to go to small claims court.

I can only say disaster

I can only say disaster. I ordered package for next day delivery should arrive on Friday because on Sunday we was going to christening and my package was delay in Santry and I received my package on Monday. Disaster company

USP don't care.

UPS is, without a doubt, the worst shipping service. The delivery updates on their app are pointless because they are never accurate. The deliveries are abandoned at the front door without receiving any delivery notice. They simply do not care.

Abysmal

one of the worst services i have ever come across, from the constant lying and promises to call back to utter and sheer rudness. The managers who all appear to be same person and carrying fake names like Ems and Keanu to the delivery lady Kasia who has not been taught mannersims of any kind let alone professionalism, where one hangs up the phone. Their poor service caused me 3-4 k loss over 3 days delay. Taking legal action agains them.

Insanely Worthless

When delivering a parcel, they literally call you, wait 5 seconds and cancel the call... I barelly had time to grab my phone to answer. When you try to INSTANTLY call them back, they reject your call... I feel like this is a scam or their employees basically don't want to work and pretend to be delivering your parcel...
