No 1. Clowns

Farst of all I'm just wondering how long they gonna last this clowns with this kind of service, because I suppose to get my parcel into three working days been with express delivery, now today is the Sixth Day and Monday bank holiday, ans only today they send me message that the parcel was delivered but not in Ireland in Franc.e How is that possible? so basically I still haven't received my parcel, tomorrow I'm gonna call them again as will be one week passed. very interesting for me how is that possible to send my parcel in France after six days that's out of this planet and by the way first five days I got a wroong tracking number which I couldn't use now I got one tracking number which is my parcel has been delivered in France

Useless, worst service

My experience with UPS was painful from start to finish. I haven’t received any notifications about estimated delivery and then delay, their tracking kept changing by the minute, it was impossible to update the delivery address when it was needed and I got no help from customer service (called them for two weeks, multiple times), and in the end they delivered to the wrong address. I asked them to get it picked up and sent to the updated address as I couldn’t change it due to their platform / customer support not working. They said from their perspective it’s delivered to the right address so it is what it is.

Very disappointed

The worst delivery service I’ve ever seen! My package 1ZV771396811915299was supposed to be delivered last week on February 31, but for unknown reasons it was not delivered.Customer service is not responding! I want to know when my parcel will be delivered to me, why I am waiting so long.If my package is not delivered today, I want to know the address of the depot where I can pick it up by myself!

Dreadful service. Been stuck in for the last three days waiting on a delivery. 2 emails saying it will be delivered by the end of the day.

The lie as a policy

- Got a delivery scheduled for Friday. - 16:44 the tracker showed that a delivery was attempted (first lie). - 17h I called customers services and they politely listen and told me that somebody would call me within the hour (second lie).- 17:49 called again, worried that they would close and nobody would call. The agent confirmed that it was too late and nobody would. Complained about it and asked to raise the case.- 17:59 received a call from the depot because I complained too much. "Too late for delivery" obviously, but don't worry "it will be delivery on Tuesday" and that she would "look into the issue of tracking". Two lies in a row, I assume to compensate from the lack of one in the previous call.TL&DR: I interacted with 4 UPS employees (driver + 3 agents) and 3 of them lie with a straight face. UPS is the unluckiest company in the world when hiring or they have instructed their employees to do it.

I'm waiting for a delivery to come from 28.01

I'm waiting for a delivery to come from 4 days ago. They keep update the delivery and then I recive a message that they will deliver by the end of the day. At 11:00 am they tried to deliver but I expected them at the end of the day. I requested for parcel to be picked up from pick n pay point. Next day they tried again to deliver at my address and not at the pick n pay. I call costumer service again explain very polite the situation . I've been told that the delivery will reach the pick n point today (friday) and a few moments later I recive another call from UPS telling me that the package will be deliverd Tuesday and on a very rude tone. I'll never receive parcel for this company again, and for sure I'll never send one

LISTEN IF YE HAVE ANY LEGAL PACKAGES COMING TO IRELAND FROM ELSEWHERE AND UP.S ARE DELIVERING DO NOT TRUST THEM NO MATTER WHAT . I HAD A LEGAL LETTER FROM THE PLACE I BOUGHT FROM STATING IT IS TOTALLY LEGAL AND THERE CONTACT INFO WAS PROVIDED ALSO . BUT NO CUSTOMS DIDNT TOUCH IT BUT GUESS WHAT UP.S CUT THE BOTTOM OF MY PACKAGE EMPTIED IT OUT AND SELLOTAPED IT BACK DELIVERING ME AN EMPTY PACKAGE!!!! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IVE BEEN CAUGHT WITH THEM SO EVERYONE DO NOT ORDER LEGAL AS U WILL STILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!Waited all days rang 4 times wasting credit for them to say for the 4th time ul get a call back there giving me the run around how in God's name does a delivery service who's supposed to deliver your goods NOT STEAL THEM and then u can't even get it resolved a pack of clowns is all there are !!!! I'd rather PUTIN deliver my package with missile it wudn have cause half the destruction !!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM UPS IF YOUR SMART SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

What's the story with UPS here in…

What's the story with UPS here in Ireland lately-?? ,the service is really gone down hill, once a time you'd have your parcel in a few days from the north face company, now it could be a few weeks with emails that make no sense!!They'd send you an emails saying one day for delivery and it's changed to another day, it's all over the place, must be a money thing!!🙂

I'd rather be stabbed than use UPS again. Waiting 2 weeks on a package - no updates. Lesson learned - I will make sure whoever I buy from in future do not use UPS.
